Time to Simplify my Life

After taking a good hard look at my life I realize its time to simplify, get rid of things, possession's, and even people...

Therefore my resolution for the rest of my life is to do just that.... If I haven't used some thing or missed something for at least the last 2-3 years, time to evaluate and get rid of it if it is no longer of value to me.

I am a pack rat, there are still boxes in the attic that haven't been touched since we moved into this house 10 years ago..... I am fairly certain that I can get rid of most of those items. We are constantly getting calls from various organizations asking for donations of items, off it goes to be used by someone else.....

The same holds true of people in our lives, I feel that if after a number of years I am the only one that is making an effort, maybe its time to move on. This is even true of family members.... I have half brothers and half sisters that I have been trying my whole life to have relationships with. (I am an only child from my parents marriage, my father remarried and had 5 more kids) I call, try to make an effort to get together with them, send presents to their kids, etc... and after all these years I realize that there is only one brother who does the same. Another brother sometimes will keep in touch , if I call first, the third brother and two sisters do not even attempt to , nor do their kids.

My youngest half sister who has never invited me to her kids birthdays etc.... posted a comment on a Facebook picture I had of myself with a friends child about a month ago. Her comment was " I thought you don't like kids", my response was , "I do like the kids that I get to know". So here it is , I'm looking at Facebook this weekend, and there she is, going on about a Christmas party for her two sons and how much fun it was for the family to be there...
as usual , I am not family as far as she is concerned....

The other sister was in town for 3 weeks earlier this summer, constantly posting about all the get togethers with family, and never responded to a number of calls and emails from myself, so to both of them, I am finally saying , no more ... I am writing them off as apparently they have of myself. Same is true of the nieces and nephews, after all , if I never get a thank you , a call or anything, well, enough is enough...

That's a start.... more to come.....one step at a time.....

Could it be....The net is abuzz Palin as VP pick for McCain?

Well - the net seems to be abuzzz.... I'm hoping it's true, if it is I will be 100 % behind the ticket... and will even volunteer to support the candidacy, something I haven't done since I was in collage and I helped get Mayor Washington elected in Chicago!

Now if truth be known , as VP choices go , I believe the McCain "dream ticket" would be with him and Condi Rice as VP, but hey, this would still be good! I'm keeping my fingers crossed! (We won't go into how I am still disapointed that Rudi did not get the nomination... oh well..)

A Muslim separatist group in China has made a new video threat against the Beijing Olympics, warning Muslims to keep their children away from the games, a US group that monitors extremists said Thursday.
The nearly six-minute video shows flames consuming a Beijing Olympics logo and an explosion over a venue for the competition, and features a masked, turbaned speaker clutching what appears to be an assault rifle.

The IntelCenter released a copy of the recording, attributed to the Turkistan Islamic Party (TIP), an ethnic Uighur and Muslim organization seeking to create an independent state out of China's heavily Muslim Xinjiang province.

The SITE Intelligence Group, meanwhile, translated some of the message, which was delivered in the language of the Uighurs, and said that the speaker identified himself as a TIP member and issued a threat against the Games.

The speaker urges Muslims to keep their children from the competition, and warns "Do not stay on the same bus, on the same train, on the same plane, in the same buildings, or any place the Chinese are," SITE said.

Since when to the muslims give a shit about their children? Oh yeah... that's right, gotta keep em alive just long enought to have them blow up others on a mision from their satonic rock god allah.... grrrr.....

The video, reported Thursday by the IntelCenter, follows the posting of a similar video dated July 23. Both are attributed to the Turkistan Islamic Party, which experts say is an offshoot of a secessionist group from China's Central Asian frontier with ties to Al Qaeda.

IntelCenter said the latest video was dated Aug. 1 and features "graphics showing a burning Olympics logo and an explosion imposed over one of the venues."

Comments on the video were in the language of the Uighurs, a Muslim minority in western China with a long history of tense relations with the central government. No translation was immediately available.

Tyson Plant Drops Labor Day For Muslim Holiday for union employees- Time to boycott Tyson Foods!

As an update to the earlier post, in addition to sending an e-mail - I called the customer service phone number for Tyson to register a complant. Tyson's customer service was abrupt and kept trying to whitewash the whole thing by stating over and over that they were only doing this with the union employees. When I finally was able to get in a few words I let the rep know that my family was no longer going to buy Tysen products and before I could finish the rep cut me off and stated , that's fine, and hung up! I was calm and profesional through out the mostly one sided conversation, and was very surprised by the hang up! ... For any one else intrested in calling Tyson's customer relations ... the number is 800-643-3410. Call now and register your complaint... If enough people do , they cannot ignore this......

SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. -- Some workers at a local plant will no longer to be able to take their Labor Day holiday because of religious reasons.Workers at the Tyson Foods poultry processing plant in Shelbyville will no longer have a paid day off on Labor Day but will instead be granted the Muslim holiday Eid al-Fitr.

According to a news release from the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union, a new five-year contract at the plant included the change to accommodate Muslim workers at the plant.Tyson's director of media relations Gary Mickelson said the contract includes eight paid holidays -- the same number as the old contract.

Eid al-Fitr -- which falls on Oct. 1 this year -- marks the end of Ramadan, the Muslim holy month of fasting.

Union leaders said implementing the holiday was important for the nearly 700 Muslims, many of them Somalis, who work at the plant that employs a total of 1,200 people.

Nineteen-year plant veteran William Pentecost doesn’t agree with the decision.

"I don’t think it's right. I really don't think it's right," he said.

Tyson company spokeswoman Libby Lawson said by phone that, "This isn't a religious accommodation, this is a contractual agreement. The majority asked for it."

The change didn’t bother some workers.

"I think it's fine. I don’t have any problem with it. There's a whole bunch of them here, so they've got to do something for them," said worker John Smith.

"It shouldn't happen. I mean, I think, we're in America, you're in America, I think that they should go with our holidays," Pentecost said.

Channel 4's Cynthia Williams could not reach any of the plant’s Muslim workers, because Channel 4 News' crew was not permitted on the property.

Former employee and Shelbyville resident Anthony Proctor said he thinks what's happening is wrong.

He said he helped build a special Muslim prayer room that's located inside the plant and that no other Tyson facility has been that accommodating for any other religion.

"If we want to go pray, we don’t have one for Christians," he said.

Tyson is headquartered in Arkansas.

Lawson said they consider religious accommodations on a case-by-case basis. She said that so far, no one has asked for any other type of religious prayer room.

No one at the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union’s regional office answered phone calls placed by Williams on Friday.

A representative in New York said that no one there knew specifics about the new contract with the workers, but a person in research told Williams that holidays aren't usually replaced and are more likely to be added on.

The decision will only apply to workers at the plant who are union members. All other employees at the plant will still have their normal Labor Day holiday.

Muslim day at Great America park in Gurnee IL....

I first heard about this muslim day at Great America in Gurnee, this morning as I awoke to WGN Newsradio. I was shocked and made a comment about it to my husband. How the hell is it that the "muslames" always demand these things. ( I know, I know, that is the standard mode of operation...)

Then latter this morning I checked the Chicago Tribune, and sure enough, there was this headline on the front page....

Well of course I checked the comments section for the article and added mine also, the interesting part was that the general consensus on the comments in the Chicago Tribune was that people were not pleased....

Then just now, I was checking the Tribune again on line and it seems that the Trib has decided to close the comments section..... Apparently they do not want to upset the muslims with a show of what regular people are thinking about the demands and concessions that are being made by the likes of Great America, etc....

Magic Mountain to become "Muslim Magic Mountain" for a day

Can't help but wonder if on "Muslim Day" the theme park's "six flags" will depict swords with the words "There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah" -- you know, to better help foster a sense of Muslim community.

On any other day, Sobia Ahmed would opt to forgo many of the snacks on offer at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee. To perform the Islamic prayers she recites five times a day, she likely would slip onto a secluded path at the amusement park or look for solace under a shady tree for a few furtive minutes.

"Furtive"? Thought "pious" better characterizes the minutes one spends praying?

This Saturday Ahmed and her family will eat and pray at their leisure in the park with hundreds of other Muslims from the Chicago area who plan to visit the sprawling entertainment center for a day catered especially to them.

For the fourth time since 2004, Six Flags in Gurnee is sponsoring Muslim Day, bringing in outside caterers to provide halal food and turning an amphitheater into a makeshift mosque to accommodate Muslims who observe dietary laws and strict prayer schedules. Muslims who plan to go say they appreciate the sense of community the event creates as well as the opportunity to talk about Islam with curious non-Muslims at the park.

"If you go on regular days, it's kind of tough to find a place to pray," said Ahmed, a stay-at-home mom from Bolingbrook who has attended previous Muslim Days at Six Flags with her husband and five children. "Usually we can't eat the food, but now we can."
Started in New Jersey by an interethnic Muslim organization called the Islamic Circle of North America.

This, of course, is the same organization that is "listed in the infamous 1991 Muslim Brotherhood memo as participating in a 'grand Jihad' aimed at 'eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions.'" For the Muslims' prayer needs, the park chose an amphitheater near the restrooms so worshipers can perform ablutions beforehand. Two outside caterers will provide food that complies with Islamic standards of preparation.

Looking Back at a post on Dec 11, 2007....an Alcoholic Friend....

Looking back to a post I did back in December of 2007 I see that I mentioned then how I hoped that my friend had hit bottom with her drinking. Who knew that breaking her neck was just the beginning.

Last night we went over to her house to check on her and her dog. ( We have been taking care of her dog off and on for the last year and a half as her drinking got worse and worse) She was again in a drunken stupor sitting at the kitchen table. We again dumped the vodka she was drinking, and seached for the rest of the bottle. We found another empty 1.75 ltr bottle in a kitchen cabinet.

I asked her if she liked doing this to herself, she slurred... nooo..... Then I asked who was supplying her with the vodka? She eventually managed to say a name, Pete, from the local bar. ( Or at least that is what it sounded like) .

I had been told by her counselor that being blunt with her was good maybe it would shake her up enough to realize that she needed to stop, get help. I told her that she was an end stag alcoholic. What that meant , and that if she didn't stop drinking and get help she would die. Her response was that she would rather continue drinking and die.

So there you have it, if she doesn't want to change her life around , that is what will happen. I'm just disappointed again at her, but it is her choice. Looks like we will have a new dog permanently in a short time.

End-stage alcoholism is a horrible way to die. Alcohol is a cumulative poison that damages the skin, brain, liver, heart, and other parts of the body. As the damage to these organs progresses with continued use, the body systems needed for life begin to fail.

The heart weakens and becomes enlarged.

The liver becomes scarred, shrunken, and hardened (cirrhosis). It stops functioning, causing blood dysfunctions and esophageal varices, and hemorrhoids that can rupture suddenly, causing the person to bleed to death.

The brain's internal spaces are enlarged, and the fissures in the cortex are widened. This general loss of brain tissue is associated with alcoholic dementia (wet brain), a decline in the capacity for thinking or learning. Other symptoms of organic brain disorders are mental confusion, impaired coordination while walking, impaired vision, and memory loss.

The skin's vascular systems are damaged. The skin's ability to retain heat is compromised. Abnormally enlarged capillary groups, with blue and red spider-like capillaries, appear primarily on the upper body. Unexplained bruising, redness of the skin especially on the face, fluid retention under the eyes, and a "whiskey nose" can develop.

Direct tissue irritation and/or induction of enzymes that activate other carcinogens can cause cancers of the mouth, tongue, pharynx, larynx, esophagus, stomach, liver, lung, pancreas, colon and rectum.

In the advanced stage, damage to the liver, heart, brain and other body tissues may be irreversible. Severe physical damage often leads to life-threatening illnesses that result in premature death. Brain damage from years of excessive drinking or drug use may be permanent. As brain cells die from chronic alcohol intake, they are generally not regenerated, and the tissue of the brain itself begins to deteriorate.

Even if sobriety is achieved in this advanced state of alcoholism, the quality of life may be significantly impacted and the physical damage may be so great that it becomes difficult to treat. It is however, never too late to start recovery from alcohol addiction. Persons suffering from irreversible damage caused by chronic drinking can still begin and successfully continue recovery. Obviously, the earlier, the better.

Shes already showing allot of the signs.... I do not believe that she will be around much longer, either her heart and liver will give out shortly due to the drinking, or she will pass out and drown in her own vomit or die from passing out and hitting her head again on the toilet/sink/tub... etc.... Any way you look at it , it is a horrible way to go.

End Stage Alcoholism...watching a person slowly kill themselves.....

If you have ever know anyone close to you that is or was an alcoholic then you know how frustrating it is to see the person throw their life away.

My maid of honor at my wedding used to be an IT genius. To quote another friend of hers that used to work for her, "she could make a computer dance". On all accounts she was bright, sociable and was running a thriving business up until a few years ago. Just like most people I know , she would be a social drinker, and yes , just like allot of the other Scandinavians she could hold her liquor.

She did have issues through out the years, as we all do, but one of the things she always struggled with was her weight. I still remember having to tell her when we were looking for dresses for the bridesmaids and her maid of honor dress, that the dress size we had to order for her wasn't the true size as stated on the tag, that all bridesmaid dress are smaller then the size stated.... She needed to hear that as she was devastated in having to order a size 28 and then having the seamstress add fabric to the dress to make it fit. That was over 11 years ago....

About 6 years ago , she decided that the only solution to her weight problems was to have gastric bypass surgery. ( The reality is that food can be an addiction , just as much as drugs or alcoholism. If you do not address the root of the problem, you are going to replace the food addiction with something else. ) She did not want to discuss this surgery with her family and friends, we all found out about it a few days before the surgery was to take place. She would not listen to those of us that were concerned about taking such a drastic step.

There were complications and the long and short of it was that she almost died 2 times , and was in the hospital, and then a nursing home, for almost a year after the initial surgery.

Well she lost the weight , but over the last 4 years she started drinking more and more. Looking back now, the signs were there but we all just kept chalking it up to stress, running her own business, keeping things afloat after her surgery and recovery, etc...

There was always an excuse why things were not going right, her losing customers , etc.... in these last two years, she started getting in trouble with the law, was arrested a number of times, but her sales skills kept her from having all but the closest of us friends really see what was happening.

It was never her fault, etc... There was the constant denial, finally, she got a DUI ( I'm surprised it took so long) , the first one was 4 months ago, the last one was 2 months ago. Her house is in foreclosure , she has the final sale the first week of August, all her utilities except for the electrical are shut off, and she still refuses to stop drinking!

Since mid June, she spent 6 weeks in the county jail , got out 4 weeks ago, had a court date that she blew off because she was drunk, got jailed again over the 4th of July weekend because of the missed court date, got out after 10 days, and then she wasn't out of jail 24 hours before she went on a drinking bender again!

She lives just down the street from us so here it is 5 days latter and every day we check on her , and every day she is either passed out or in a drunken stupor. We keep taking away and dumping the vodka, but apparently she has someone in the neighborhood who keeps buying it for her.

We've contacted her church and counselor, the counselor confirmed that the reality is that unless she wants to stop drinking, no one can make her! She is an "end stage alcoholic" and there is a good chance we may end up finding her dead one of these days when we check up on her.

Our final step is trying to get the police to come out and do a wellness check on her, and hopefully when they find her unresponsive in a drunken stupor , they would take her to a hospital where they could evaluate her and get her into a state run/mandated program.... if that doesn't happen, I know in my heart that I will be attending a funeral soon....

Please say a prayer, if your are so inclined for her... and all those like her... they need all the prayers possible....

Telling the Truth is Islam Bashing?

If telling the truth about Islam is Islam bashing, then mea culpa.

Question: Does Islam get a pass because it is a religion? Who says Islam is a religion? Millions do? What is the evidence? The words of masses of brainwashed carriers of the Islamic virus, transmitted to them by their parents, are worthless as evidence. What counts is the irrefutable fact that this creed, claimed to be the one and only religion of Allah, has been and continues to be a source of great suffering for non-Muslims as well as the ignorant masses of Muslims themselves.

I will share with you just a few of thousands of horrific things that Muslims do to people of other religions or those without any religion at all. In model Islamic states such as Saudi Arabia and Iran, for instance, women don’t dare complain about their Allah-decreed chattel status. If they protest in the least, they are beaten by their husbands. And if they dare to demonstrate in public for equal family rights with men, they get severe beatings by the police and hauled to jails for additional indignities and violence.

One may wonder then why is it that millions of Muslim women meekly submit to their subservient rank and worship and thank Allah for it. These women are virtually imprinted by their parents and the clergy from birth to adopt the gender inequality as well as the entire pathological Islamic ethos.

“Men have authority over women because Allah has made the one superior to the others and because they spend their wealth to maintain them. Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because Allah has guarded them. As for those from whom you fear disobedience, admonish them and send them to beds apart and beat them. Then if they obey you take no further action against them. Allah is high, supreme.” Quran 4.34

Even Egypt, the crown jewel of Arab-Islamic world is practicing a form of slow genocide against its own Baha’i citizens by depriving them of just about all rights of citizenship. Baha’is are still denied the indispensable identity card, simply because the powerful clergy want to eliminate the peaceful minority. Among other things, Egypt denies education to Baha’i children, taking a page from the “Mein Kampf” of the fascist Islamic Republic of Iran.

The record of atrocities performed by the proponents of the “religion of peace” clearly condemns it as an unmitigated cult of the worst kind. The savage Muslims forced their creed of hate and violence at the point of the sword on my people. They did and continue to do everything they could to wipe out any vestige of our magnificent Iranian culture and heritage. Now, they are ruling my native land with an iron fist, demeaning everything that we have treasured in our egalitarian-humanistic exemplary culture. They are forcing our women into prostitution by depriving them of means of livelihood, compelling hundreds of thousands of Iran’s best and brightest to leave for other lands, spearheading a vicious campaign of terrorism far and near, and muffling any voice that does not sing their praises.

The Bible says “By their fruit shall ye know them.” I said this before and I’ll say it for as long as this vicious cult keeps up with its abominable deeds: Islam is violence. Islam is intolerant of non-Muslims. Islam is a vestige of a barbaric past. Islam must be confronted, shown for what it is and stopped from overtaking the world. Here are just a few examples of what these people of Allah had done recently.

A guy stops a car in the city of Shiraz in Iran and asks the driver to give him some gasoline, pretending that his car has run out of fuel. The total stranger siphons gas from his own car and gives it to him. Suddenly some other guys show up from their hiding places, tie the man to a tree, douse him with the gasoline he had generously given to a total stranger, set him on fire and speed away in the sham “out-of-gasoline” car. Why? The target of the torching was a non-Muslim, a Baha’i. The “sin” of not being a Muslim made him a deserving party for being burned alive. These thugs of Allah, the savage torchers, call themselves the Unknown Soldiers of the Lord of the Age, (Imam Zaman) the Shiite’s much revered and expected savior.

To make matters worse, all manner of “good Muslims” walked by and didn’t do a lick to help the man. Miraculously the man was able to put the fire out and call the police on his cell phone. It took the police over 30 minutes to respond and take the man to the station for questioning. Now that’s the Islam that is on the march. It has penetrated deeply and spread widely in Europe. It is changing Europe to its ways and holds every promise of doing the same to the United States.

Many Europeans are fleeing their ancestral homeland ahead of the Islamic fire which is engulfing their countries. These are the affluent and the ones with foresight. Others are either oblivious to the threat, aim to accommodate it as the holy grail of multiculturalism, or will end up one day seeing themselves in the fight of their life. For Islam does not believe in multiculturalism. Islam is a mono-culturist: the barbarian culture of Islam. As Islam gains more power, it will inevitably impose itself and its ways on all others. And there will be those who will eventually wake up from their stupor; they will either completely capitulate or fight the Muslims back in bloody bock-by-block, street-by-street battles.

Truth is not always welcome and can often be greatly disturbing. But truth is the best weapon against evil and falsehood. When I point out the horrific teachings of the Quran, I don’t make them up. I cite surahs from their holy book, surahs that exhort the Muslims to carry out all kinds of evil deeds against non-Muslims. This book of Allah is a license to kill. When I point out that Muhammad set terrible examples for his followers by his own deeds, I cite from their own sources to document my assertion.

Is there anyone in this messed-up world who doesn’t read, see, or hear about the daily Islamic atrocities performed by these savages, with every act justified on the basis of Allah’s holy book?

Qur’an 8:12 "I shall terrorize the infidels. So wound their bodies and incapacitate them because they oppose Allah and His Apostle."

Qur’an 33:26 "Allah made the Jews leave their homes by terrorizing them so that you killed some and made many captive. And He made you inherit their lands, their homes, and their wealth. He gave you a country you had not traversed before."
Why is it that these self-righteous Islamist villains don’t bother to prove me wrong? Why don’t they document what I say as being false? Instead, I am showered by all kinds of unspeakable profanity. Some of the more civil of the Muslims don’t stoop as low as their foul co-religionists. These latter types let out a hue and cry that they and their religion are smeared and victimized by people like me. They consider my criticisms of Islam as Islam bashing. They accuse me as a divisive- racist who enjoys Islam bashing. For good measure, they also label me Zionist in the pay of Israel and Israeli lobbies. Who is bashing whom? Please prove any one of my charges to be false or fabricated and I’ll happily repent. If, on the other hand, you fail to do so, you owe it to humanity to abandon your allegiance to the scourge of Islam.

The Dum-o-crate Democrates in Congress do it again! Seven years latter , same old , same old!

Once again congress is refusing to listen to the people of the USA, they do not want to let the US become more energy efficient.

Energy Policy: Imagine an energy plan that does it all — from allowing more oil drilling to spending billions on alternative energy sources such as wind, solar and nuclear. Well, guess what? Been there, done that.

'Energy has enormous implications for our economy, our environment and our national security," President Bush said in proposing the plan. "We cannot let another year go by without addressing these issues together in a comprehensive and balanced package."
That was in June 2001 — more than seven years ago.
His words came just after he first proposed a comprehensive energy bill that included 105 separate steps the U.S. could take to boost its energy supplies. It was something he promised repeatedly while campaigning for the presidency in 2000. He kept his promise. His first plan included, among many other things:
• New drilling for more oil and gas and new refineries.
• Building of nuclear power plants.
• Revamping the U.S. electricity grid.
• $10 billion in tax breaks to help push energy efficiency and alternative energy.
The fact is, these are remarkably similar to the plans that economists, oil experts and energy wonks say need to be put in place today in order to end our oil crisis.
Yet, those proposals went nowhere — not approved in 2001, not in 2002, not in 2003, not ever. Bush tried repeatedly to get something through Congress. He pleaded. He tried to cut deals with Democrats. It didn't work.
A New York Times headline from August 20, 2003, sums it up: "Ambitious Bush Plan Is Undone by Energy Politics."
That's an understatement. Instead, Democrats ridiculed Vice President Cheney for meeting with oil industry representatives to craft U.S. energy policy — and for insisting on finding more oil.
They had no plan themselves, mind you — apart from massively expensive global warming initiatives that would force Americans to lower their standard of living to Third World levels by spending as much as $800 billion a year to cool Earth.
Yet, if Bush's plan had been put in place in 2001, we'd have replaced millions of barrels of oil, billions of tons of coal and untold trillions of acre feet of natural gas with clean, safe nuclear power.
We'd be pumping millions of barrels more of oil, creating thousands of American jobs, cutting prices and saving literally hundreds of billions of dollars every year —money that today goes to line the pockets of the Saudi royal family, Venezuelan petrotyrant Hugo Chavez, Libyan leader-for-life Muammar Qadhafi and Vladimir Putin's Russia.
When the Democrats took control of Congress in 2007, and oil was $50 a barrel and corn $2 a bushel, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid promised an energy plan. We're still waiting for it. Today, crude oil is $134 and corn is $6.50.
It's pretty clear who's to blame: Congress. In fact, House and Senate Democrats have obstructed any progress in America's fight to regain some semblance of energy independence.
"Now is the time for Congress to move and get something done," President Bush said all the way back in August 2003. He's still waiting, and so are we.
Bush's original energy plan, derided by the Democrats and so-called progressives as a wet-kiss to Big Oil, was in fact a visionary plan. At the time, Reid joked that GOP now stood for "Gas, Oil and Plutonium." Funny, we don't hear anyone laughing now.
Such puerile shenanigans, as we've said before, endanger our security and weaken our standard of living.
Angry? You should be. Call your political representatives and tell them you want more energy, not less. If they won't do it, tell them you'll vote for someone who will.
Then maybe you'll really get change you can believe in.

I have to admit that these past 3-4 months have been hectic. With work, friends, family and other commitments I just have not had the time or inclination to post.

It seems that as usual, the mad mo-ham-idans are always at it. Europe is still on a downhill trend, Australia seems to sway between getting it and then not getting it, and the US just keeps snoozing away, unaware of the threat of the camels nose under the tent! On the home front here in the US, the congress still does not get it! Drill here in the US and drill now! President Bush just signed an executive order to allow offshore drilling along our coast. This is a major victory in our effort to reduce gas prices, but Congress still must act before Americans can start searching for oil offshore, and we must keep the pressure on them until they take action to lower our gas prices.

Purim

I want to wish all our Jewish friends a festive Purim. Today is the start of Purim this year. Purim is one of the most joyous and fun holidays on the Jewish calendar. It commemorates a time when the Jewish people living in Persia were saved from extermination.

This year Easter and Purim are celebrated on the same weekend. In our house hold we always have a big Easter celebration. This years as usual we will be decorating Easter Eggs the traditional European way , by boiling the eggs in onion skins. Roast lamb and ham will be the main courses, with lots of side dishes, salads and appetizers. This year Easter will as usual be at our house .

As of today we are looking at 18 people, but it might be as many as 22. ( we always have extended family and friends over for the holidays)

So Happy Easter, a Joyous Purim and Happy 1st day of Spring!

Hi there! Happy New Year to all. Ah yes... the elections are coming up quick and on another note, as usual the islamic ones are at it again. And the beat goes on.....

And here on the home front in good ol Illinois, I finally got a reaction from one of our local "feel the love" types as I was on the road yesterday (Sunday) going to a Woodman"s store. Any ways, as I was driving along on Algonquin road , I heard a car horn beeping in back of me, I glanced back and saw a little mini cooper with a male driver in it gesturing wildly. A little strange but , I didn't think too much of it as we live out in the way northwest outreaches of the collar counties and you do get some strange drivers. I checked to see what was going on in back, front and around me, didn't see anything , just other car, nothing unusual, and since I had been obaying all trafic laws and hadn't made any lane changes etc... I continued on. This little mini cooper then speeds up and gets on my bumper, and keeps honking. I ignored him, aperently getting him mad, and then he darts into the left lane to pass me, giving me the finger, honking his horn . As he passes I could see he was of possibly pakistani or other such descent. It started to make sense.

This yahoo was incensed that I knew the truth about islam and had the Jihad bumper stickers on my car! He objected to the "Defeat Jihad" and "Outlaw Sharia" bumper stickers. He passes to the left, gets back into my lane in front of me, and then slowed down, hitting his brakes, all the time giving me the finger.

I always drive defensively and had no problem avoiding hitting him or others. I just smiled, waved at him and laughed as I continued driving. I could tell he was watching me from his rear view mirror , and the fact that I smiled sweetly at him and waved just incensed him more! (After all, to add insult to his ego/honor, I was a woman laughing at him) He finally turned into a store parking lot of off Algonquin road, and I continued on my way to Woodman's. I felt good to get a rise from the islamic idiot, at least he knows that we are waking up to the threat that islam poses.

Here it is Tuesday morning in the great Midwest Chicago land area, and it is wet! With all the hupla last night and even this morning about the freezing rain I actually left the house at 5:00 AM thinking it would be the commute from hell..... actually, it wasn't all that bad. On a great morning , with little traffic, I can make it into work in about an hour, this morning , it was an hour and 20 minutes.

So.... I am hopeing that the temps stay around the 30's and that the weather men are wrong,..... we'll see what this afternoon brings.... (Hey, at least I get to take the train home tonight!)

On another note, a friend just underwent major surgery yesterday, she broke her neck in a fall last week that she took on her deck. She's been battling alcoholism for the last 18 months or so, and she had been drinking when she took the fall, I'm hopeing and praying that she recovers from this without any paralysis and that maybe this will be the wake up call she needs to get her life back on track. Unfortunately even last week she seemed to be in denial about how bad her drinking problem was. I'm keeping her in my prayers, I'm hoping that others will also.

(personally I wouldn't want to name any thing cute and cuddly after a murdering child rapist, pedophile, such as mohammed, but that just me....) So , how about something more in line with the nature of Ol Mo, lets rename Porky the Pig, ..... MOHAMMID!

Actually , I like Porky , so that would really be an insult to Porky and all Pigs, cartoon, stuffed, or real..... Hmmm..... I guess I will have to think on this one a bit longer.....

It's been very busy these last few months and time has not allowed me to blog as I would have liked to. I want to share a few conversations I've had over the last few months with different persons....

In Madison Wisconsin in September the Pagan community held a Pagan Pride festival, this was a nicely attended outdoor event with vendors , workshops, music etc... I have my DEFEAT JIHAD and OUTLAW SHARIA bumpers stickers on all of our family vehicles, and so of course these were visible as I was unloading for set up at the event.... the following is a conversation that happened that morning...

A young man in his early twenties stopped me as I was setting up and proceeded to go on about how Christians are the murderers , etc... I explained that I don't see any christian telling me that I was inferior to men, and that if I didn't agree with their faith and convert to their form of belief I should be killed. I asked if he had actually read the koran? His response was ... ah... yah....ah....I have. I then asked him to explain abrogation... he could not. I asked him about the passages regarding woman and non believers, he didn't have a clue... I tried to explain that in the koran the only ones that would be allowed to keep their beliefs were the people of the book, Christians and Jews, and then only if they agreed to become dhimmi's. As a Pagan his only option would be to convert or be killed. He just kept on and on about how I was a biggit, I was wrong to have those bumper stickers on my car,etc... I finally just shook my head and told him that as a pagan he would have no choice but convert or die under islam, he called me a racist and walked away!

Now I have always held the belief that everyone has a right to believe in what ever they whish as long as it does not interfere with my life, and they do not try to impose their views on me. It goes back to what I have said in the past, lets agree to disagree, just don't impose your ideals onto me.

islame (and I do mean lame) is a system that tries to impose its beliefs on others and states that unless you convert , as a person that is not of the book, your only other choice is death! Now tell me , how can anyone who calls themselves a Pagan defend this! ARRGH>>>>>>>>>>!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At another event earlier this summer, at the Chicago Highland Games in Oakbrook, I got into a conversation with a woman about islam and it started out with the usual PC tripe from her about how all religion's are equal, blah, blah, blah,... But the difference was that she was willing to listen, and I explained the passages about beating woman, a woman's word being worth only half of a mans in a court of law. How islam believes that ol mo was perfect and that is why they follow him as a perfect example of a man. About Asha, how mo raped her at age seven, how they believe that the koran was the final word of their god, and the concept of abrogation... etc... I gave her a card with the web addresses for www.jihadwatch.org and other web sites... and she actually went away from our conversation willing to question what she had been hearing about islam.... so there is hope.... some are willing to open up their minds... and then there are others like the young man from Madison who will one day wake up and ask what happened...?

A 23-year-old student at Pace University, Stanislav Shmulevich, was arrested Friday and charged with two felony counts of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree as a Hate Crime. Numerous analysts have been quick to recognize the cruel irony of these charges. Mark Steyn quipped that instead of flushing the Qur’an, “obviously Mr Shmulevich should have submerged it in his own urine, applied for an NEA grant and offered it to the Whitney Biennial. But to that Michelle Malkin responded with the grim truth: “Actually, no. The NEA would have turned Shmulevich in to the police, too. Now, if he had submerged a Bible in urine or coated a Torah in cow dung and submitted it for a federal grant, he’d be sitting pretty–and facing rave New York Times editorials instead of time behind bars.”

And that’s why, as Christopher Hitchens said, “This has to stop, and it has to stop right now. There can be no concession to sharia in the United States. When will we see someone detained, or even cautioned, for advocating the burning of books in the name of God? If the police are honestly interested in this sort of ‘hate crime,’ I can help them identify those who spent much of last year uttering physical threats against the republication in this country of some Danish cartoons.”

Indeed, it has to stop. For all the examples of the double standard that he, Malkin and others have brought forth – from Piss Christ to Chris Ofili’s Turner-Prize-winning, elephant-dung and pornography-bedecked Virgin Mary and the rest – emphasize the fact that the real agenda of today’s dominant politically correct culture is certainly not tolerance, or even anything-goes moral relativism. Some things most emphatically don’t go, as Stanislav Shmulevich’s two felony charges indicate. As a cultural movement, political correctness and multiculturalism are emphatically anti-Western and anti-Christian. And they are also suicidal.

But it is not going to stop. As mad as the felony charges against him are, Stanislav Shmulevich most likely is not the end of anything, but rather the beginning. We are unlikely as a society to become a place in which disrespect or even hatred of Christianity comes to be regarded as just as dangerous to the social order as disrespect or hatred of Islam, and we are just as unlikely to return to a saner time when one could not be prosecuted for disliking someone else’s beliefs (in which case Shmulevich would have to pay for the books, and for any necessary plumbing work, but that would be all). We have become a society of sacrosanct protected classes whose victim status places them above all criticism. Those individuals and groups who do not enjoy victim status can be shredded with impunity in the public square, and the shredders are hailed as “courageous,” “iconoclastic,” and “irreverent.” But if the protected group is criticized in any way, we are told that the criticism creates a climate of “hostility” and “hate” that can culminate in yet more victimization.

The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) has worked assiduously for years to claim this protected victim status for Muslims, and its reaction to this incident has allowed them to articulate how they want Muslims in America to be regarded. CAIR-NY Civil Rights Coordinator Aliya Latif said: “We must all be concerned when any actions cross the line from protected free speech to acts designed to intimidate. Just as there is a difference between someone burning a cross in their own backyard and burning that same cross in the yard of an African-American family, there is a difference between desecrating a religious text in a private setting and doing so in a setting that will create a hostile learning environment.” Muslims are the new blacks, and CAIR is the new NAACP; this statement is of a piece with CAIR’s annual hate crimes report, which attempts, often in quite imaginative ways, to project an image of Muslims as bravely going about their daily lives in an American society that is inveterately hostile, racist, and on the verge of breaking out into open violence against them.

Yet this is nothing more than a myth. A potent one, to be sure, but a myth. Muslims are not being lynched, or persecuted, or discriminated against in America. Time and time again breathless media-amplified fears of “backlash” against Muslims prove unfounded, and Muslims continue to practice their faith here with more freedom than they enjoy in most of the countries from which they came. That’s why Stanislav Shmulevich and his flushed Qur’ans are a windfall for American Muslim advocacy groups: he has now validated the victim status they so doggedly claim. And until the American public discourse can dare to break away from the protected-victim model and its subtext of white Christian guilt, these groups will experience many more such windfalls, whenever someone acts obnoxiously or boorishly toward any Muslim or Islamic object. The American public square today simply has no apparatus for dealing with the possibility that the protected victims might be perpetrating evil themselves. The cognitive dissonance regarding Muslims since 9/11 is ultimately what has given birth to 9/11 conspiracy theories, Reichstag fire analogies, and the like. Muslims can’t be responsible, because they are non-white, non-Christian, non-Westerners. It must be something we have done.

Most ominous of all is the fact that policymakers at the highest levels assume this. Western leaders routinely assume that money will defeat terrorism: that alleviating poverty in the Islamic world will end the jihad. This assumption rests on a further assumption: that the jihad imperative doesn’t arise from anything within the Islamic world that would still be present even if the West somehow began to treat Muslims better. For Muslims are victims, and Westerners are the guilty party.

That is the West’s guiding myth. It is why desecration of the Bible will continue to be celebrated as art, and desecration of the Qur’an as a “hate crime.” So also is an objective examination of the elements of Islam that jihadists use today to incite to violence, for that violence is all the fault of the guilty post-Christians of Europe and America.

If the West is to survive the challenge of the global jihad, this foundational myth must be brought out into the open, repudiated, and decisively rejected.

I stand by what i stated in my last post.... everyone request your free koran from cair and do as you will with it.... as other posters in Jihad Watch stated.... we need to stand up for our freedom of speech, we need to stand up to these islamic bullies and say no to sharia law.

Each of us has to stand up for our freedoms, stand up for what we cherish. Talk to people about the true islam, tell them how islam is not a religion of peace, cite examples, give out websites etc... Let people know in little ways, put a bumper sticker from Jihad Watch on your car or cars, distribute flyer's and business cards telling the truth about islam. Give away copies of books that might help someone better understand what is happening. (Robert Spencer's books are great for that) We cannot let our lives be taken away from us, our freedoms, our liberties, piece by piece!

My own family has both the Defeat Jihad and Outlaw Sharia bumper stickers on each of our vehicles. We always order extra copies of books as they come out and if someone takes an interest in what we are reading we will give them the book.

Write letter to the editors of your local newspapers when you see a story that tries to gloss over islam etc..., talk to friends...coworkers, etc.... The word is getting out , although slowly, ....we cannot afford to be PC any longer!

Each is offensive and tasteless in its own way. But only one is a hate crime in the eyes of the law — C) — and 23-year-old Stanislav Shmulevich of Brooklyn faces jail time for it. He’s a Pace University student arrested on Friday on hate-crime charges after he threw a Koran in a toilet at Pace University on two separate occasions, according to police.

Charles Johnson at LGF has been in contact with Shmulevich. He reports that the student has been charged with two felonies, criminal mischief and aggravated harassment. Allahpundit has a thorough legal review.

Phil Orenstein at The Democracy Project has “been involved over the past year battling the censorship and outrages of the film police at Pace, where the administrators caved in to Muslim Student Association’s pressure and threatened police action against Hillel if they showed the film Obsession.” Orenstein notes the “double standard lurking at Pace, throughout academia and trickling down throughout the body politic where Muslims and certain identity groups get preferential treatment while others are spurned.”

There is no right in a democracy not to be offended although the threats and bullying tactics of CAIR and MSA have forced the hand of Pace administrators and New York’s Police Department to do their sinister bidding.

The Korans Mr. Shmulevich threw in the toilet were school property taken from a “meditation room” on campus. Now I’m not a lawyer and will make no attempt to analyze the legal issues regarding this case. But Allah has the language of the statutes under which Mr. Shmulevich is being charged with a hate crime and to these layman’s eyes, it is perplexing to me why the prosecutor would be charging Mr. Shmulevich under either of these statutes. Instead, it appears to be a case where the prosecutor files more serious charges in hopes the defendant will plead to lesser ones.

Charge him with stealing the Korans, yes. Perhaps even charge him with a misdemeanor for vandalizing school property. But charging the man with two felony counts under dubious circumstances smacks of prosecutorial overkill.

I stand in allegiance with one of the commenter's on her site, I believe we should all, that is every last one of us, make sure to use the quran as toilet paper at every opertunity when we use public toilets, port a podies etc.... Keep in mind folks we can get free copies from our friends at cair. My family has two of them,(compliments of cair) that we use for referencing and highlighting passages etc..., and you can be assured they are in their proper place of respect , on the floor next to the toilet on both the first floor bathroom and the second floor bathrooms. Looks like we will be requesting a third copy for our use in public toilets as tissue!

Yes - I am a Harry Potter fan and had pre-ordered it on Amazon.com, and spent the past weekend reading the final book. (By the way, in my humble opinion, this was the best in the series and JKR did a fab job of tying up loose ends!)

My nieces and nephews and I have hade a tradition since the first movie of always getting together and seeing each movie on the opening day, and afterwards going out for ice cream etc.. to discuss the movie, compare it against the book etc..

My husband and I have even dressed up for the movies at times, we've found the books and movies to be wonderful! (As have our nieces and nephews) I was very plesently surprised this last time to find that our oldest nephew, who is now 18, actually made a point of calling us to ask if we were going to get together as "tradional" and he wanted to make sure to be included!

So .... while the rest of the world marvels at the genius of JKR and her ability to show how evil can and will be defeated by good, our not so friendly muslims , as usual see only that .... , now.... wait for it......, thats right,.... you've guessed it..... Harry Potter,is a Zionist agent

July 17, 2007 -- Yet again, the United States, Western Europe and Israel are putting all their diplomatic eggs in the basket of a Palestinian leadership they consider moderate, in a bid to move the Middle East peace process forward.

But is there any reason to believe Mahmoud Abbas can succeed - or that he even wants to?
President Bush yesterday laid out a series of incentives aimed at propping up Abbas' Fatah-led government, which last month lost control of Gaza to the terrorists of Hamas in a violent confrontation.

Bush's goodies include $190 million in direct U.S. assistance, $228 million in loans and $80 million in U.S. aid to bolster the Palestinian security services.

He also announced a summit conference this fall among supporters of a two-state solution, bolstered the idea of an eventual Israeli withdrawal from the West Bank and called on world leaders to "provide decisive support for Palestinian leaders working for peace."

Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert joined in, announcing the release of Palestinian prisoners, agreeing to stop hunting down 200 Abbas-affiliated terrorists and allowing the mastermind of the 1974 Ma'alot school massacre to attend a key political meeting in the West Bank.

It's a dramatic show of support - but can Abbas deliver? Or are the U.S. and Israel - under international pressure to jump-start the diplomatic stalemate, and fearful of further Hamas gains in the Palestinian-controlled territories - propping up a paper tiger?

Democrat Keith Ellison is now officially the first Muslim United States congressman. True to his pledge, he placed his hand on the Quran, the Muslim book of jihad and pledged his allegiance to the United States during his ceremonial swearing-in.

Capitol Hill staff said Ellison's swearing-in photo opportunity drew more media than they had ever seen in the history of the U.S.House. Ellison represents the 5th Congressional District of Minnesota.

The Qur'an Ellison used was no ordinary book. It once belonged to Thomas Jefferson, third president of the United States and one of America's founding fathers. Ellison borrowed it from the Rare Book Section of the Library of Congress. It was one of the 6,500 Jefferson books archived in the library.

Ellison, who was born in Detroit and converted to Islam while in college, said he chose to use Jefferson's Quran because it showed that "a visionary like Jefferson" believed that wisdom could be gleaned from many sources.

There is no doubt Ellison was right about Jefferson believing wisdom could be "gleaned" from the Muslim Quran. At the time Jefferson owned the book, he needed to know everything possible about Muslims because he was about to advocate war against the Islamic "Barbary" states of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Tripoli.

Ellison's use of Jefferson's Qur'an as a prop illuminates a subject once well-known in the history of the United States, but, which today, is mostly forgotten - the Muslim pirate slavers who over many centuries enslaved millions of Africans and tens of thousands of Christian Europeans and Americans in the Islamic "Barbary" states.

Over the course of 10 centuries, Muslim pirates cruised the African and Mediterranean coastline, pillaging villages and seizing slaves.

The taking of slaves in pre-dawn raids on unsuspecting coastal villages had a high casualty rate. It was typical of Muslim raiders to kill off as many of the "non-Muslim" older men and women as possible so the preferred "booty" of only young women and children could be collected.

Young non-Muslim women were targeted because of their value as concubines in Islamic markets. Islamic law provides for the sexual interests of Muslim men by allowing them to take as many as four wives at one time and to have as many concubines as their fortunes allow.

Boys, as young as 9 or 10 years old, were often mutilated to create eunuchs who would bring higher prices in the slave markets of the Middle East. Muslim slave traders created "eunuch stations" along major African slave routes so the necessary surgery could be performed. It was estimated that only a small number of the boys subjected to the mutilation survived after the surgery.(castration)

When American colonists rebelled against British rule in 1776, American merchant ships lost Royal Navy protection. With no American Navy for protection, American ships were attacked and their Christian crews enslaved by Muslim pirates operating under the control of the "Dey of Algiers"--an Islamist warlord ruling Algeria.

Because American commerce in the Mediterranean was being destroyed by the pirates, the Continental Congress agreed in 1784 to negotiate treaties with the four Barbary States. Congress appointed a special commission consisting of John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin, to oversee the negotiations.

Lacking the ability to protect its merchant ships in the Mediterranean, the new America government tried to appease the Muslim slavers by agreeing to pay tribute and ransoms in order to retrieve seized American ships and buy the freedom of enslaved sailors.

Adams argued in favor of paying tribute as the cheapest way to get American commerce in the Mediterranean moving again. Jefferson was opposed. He believed there would be no end to the demands for tribute and wanted matters settled "through the medium of war." He proposed a league of trading nations to force an end to Muslim piracy.

In 1786, Jefferson, then the American ambassador to France, and Adams, then the American ambassador to Britain, met in London with Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman Adja, the "Dey of Algiers" ambassador to Britain.

The Americans wanted to negotiate a peace treaty based on Congress' vote to appease.
During the meeting Jefferson and Adams asked the Dey's ambassador why Muslims held so much hostility towards America, a nation with which they had no previous contacts.
In a later meeting with the American Congress, the two future presidents reported that Ambassador Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman Adja had answered that Islam "was founded on the Laws of their Prophet, that it was written in their Quran, that all nations who should not have acknowledged their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as Prisoners, and that every Musselman (Muslim) who should be slain in Battle was sure to go to Paradise."

For the following 15 years, the American government paid the Muslims millions of dollars for the safe passage of American ships or the return of American hostages. The payments in ransom and tribute amounted to 20 percent of United States government annual revenues in 1800.

Not long after Jefferson's inauguration as president in 1801, he dispatched a group of frigates to defend American interests in the Mediterranean, and informed Congress.
Declaring that America was going to spend "millions for defense but not one cent for tribute," Jefferson pressed the issue by deploying American Marines and many of America's best warships to the Muslim Barbary Coast.

The USS Constitution, USS Constellation, USS Philadelphia, USS Chesapeake, USS Argus, USS Syren and USS Intrepid all saw action.

In 1805, American Marines marched across the dessert from Egypt into Tripolitania, forcing the surrender of Tripoli and the freeing of all American slaves.

During the Jefferson administration, the Muslim Barbary States, crumbling as a result of intense American naval bombardment and on shore raids by Marines, finally officially agreed to abandon slavery and piracy.

Jefferson's victory over the Muslims lives on today in the Marine Hymn, with the line, "From the halls of Montezuma to the shores of Tripoli, we will fight our country's battles on the land as on the sea."

It wasn't until 1815 that the problem was fully settled by the total defeat of all the Muslim slave trading pirates.

Jefferson had been right. The "medium of war" was the only way to put and end to the Muslim problem. Mr. Ellison was right about Jefferson. He was a "visionary" wise enough to read and learn about the enemy from their own Muslim book of jihad.

I've posted a copy of this email since it illustrates how long running the long-running problem our United States have had with Islamic ideology. The United States have fought Islamic jihadism in the past, but we tend to forget things like this since the nation has always been more concerned with future progress rather than past injuries. We're truly 'different' than most nations in this aspect.

But we've been here before and we'll be here again and again until we a) name the enemy b) resolve to overcome it.

The belief system Islam is the root cause and enemy of our civilization, but it's neither impossible to overcome nor unchangeable. It's an inflexible and limiting belief system and both of these traits make it extremely vulnerable. To beat it, we must recognize it, name it, and face it head on.

We've fought destructive ideologies in the past -- European Fascism and Communism in the last century. Islam is similar to both of these ideologies in its agenda, worldly ambitions and methods of operation.

We've taken on more lethal examples of the Dark Nature of Man and destroyed them as a threat. We need to take the time to do the same with Islam at this point in History.

Summer is here, and war is in the air!

Ah yes.... Summer is here, besides it being a time to relax for some, others such those fuzzy little darlings known as the hezbollah and hamas, see it as a time to once again strike at those that they like to blame for all their ills .... Those "evil jooooos" (here we hear in the back ground, boo's and hissss's coming from the peanut gallery , otherwise known as the islamic middle east, and those lovely hellholes outside of the middle east, that never the less, count themselves as islamic paradise's in their own demented minds)

And of course let's not forget Iran, with the new kid on the block, the ever scraggly presz, what a darling, always wanting to be the center of attention,..... Can we say 2nd coming of the iman. (Let's watch for Iran to "unleash" (Nuke?) this so called 2nd iman in August, around the 22th maybe?)

Yes, Iran seems to be one of the puppetmasters in this little production. But, never wanting to be left out , we have al-quida announcing to the whole world, (or at least those that will listen) that guess what..... islam is at war with the world! (Listen up Europe , the United States , and everyone who wants to keep their heads, not to mention their current way of life! It's being stated clearly , no holds bared!)

Put aside all other issues that may divide us and unite against a common problem....Islam.

I have managed to argue with some success with liberals by ignoring all the other issues I might disagree by getting them to admit that Islam is the problem. Use a plan depending on who you are talking too.

(1) Religion: Remember most libs and semi-libs do not like or don't trust religion. Thus use that to motivate them to dislike what Islam is.

(2) Women: If talking to a women's rights activist use the many examples of what happens to a women in Islamic nations. Give them examples from the classical Islamic teachings and give them examples of what is said now.

(3) If talking to a homosexual use examples of what happens to homosexuals in Egypt or Arabia to motivate them to take up the cause.

(4) Bleeding Hearts: If dealing with bleading hearts show them what muslims are doing to minorities in their countries.

(5) African-Americans: If dealing with a liberal african-american show what is going on Africa now. Show them the slave trade and slavery in Africa today. Then put that in historical context. Islam started the african slave trade etc.

(6) Be positive! Talk about common belief in freedom etc. How we can get along etc. Don't try to convert them to your faith and please don't shove your faith in their face because it will turn them off. Don't even give them you political party.

(7) Don't attack them but give them reasons to dislike Islam. The key is to separate our common dislike of Islam from other issues like taxes, abortion, stem cells, religion, etc.

(8) when all else fails show them human suffering caused by muslims and point them in the correct direction.

These work in the U.S. but different plans will have to developed in other countries.

Remember united we stand divided we fall.....

Immigration March in Chicago - Muslim is a nationality?

As I was getting ready for work this morning I was listening to the radio , WGN 720 (a Chicago news radio station) , They were doing a story on the illegal immigrant march held yesterday in Chicago and were naming some of the groups represented followed by sound bites from each group. First from Mexicans, then from the Irish , Followed by what WGN identified as Nigerian's, (all good and well, except that when identified as the speaker for the "Nigerian's" the sound bite proceeded to have the persons stating that there were over 400,000 muslims in the chicagoland area and they demanded to be heard! Note that the person did NOT say Nigerian's, but muslims!

Now correct me if I am wrong here but not all persons that are Nigerian are muslim, and there are not 400,000 muslim Nigerian's in Chicagoland? Since when is a religion (or at least the ideology of islam, claiming to be a religion.) an ethnicity? Interesting how this immigration march is being used by the muslims as another deceptive way (can anyone say taqiyya) to get around the legal right of a country to screen who gets in. No one has a divine right to enter into and settle in any other country! I find it appalling that the muslims have used the guise of representing Nigeria, when islam, Nigeria's muslim population, are committing genocide against the Christian and native (non Christian, non muslim) religious peoples of Nigeria!

My goddaughter's dad is Ibo, a Catholic, and his family has experienced first hand the atrocities of the muslims in his former homeland.

Back from Washington DC, what a weekend!

The last few weeks have been very busy with work, my personal life and this weekend was my chance to get away , attend a great symposium sponsored by America's Truth Forum:The Underlying Roots Of Terrorism: Terrorism's Threat to World Peace & National Security

Mr B and I were not able to attend the Friday evening reception, as our flight came in late that evening. The feedback I heard was great, and the other attendies that were their were very pleased . I did get feed back that one of the speakers , Richard Miniter, author of Losing bin Laden and Shadow War was totally clue less as to the truth of islam being responsible for jihad, the koran being the gamebook quoted by tjhe jihadi's.

To quote Robert spencer on www.dhimmiwatch.org : Richard Miniter, author of Losing bin Laden and Shadow War, demonstrated once again that he doesn't have the first foggiest idea what Islam or the global jihad are all about. Miniter challenged the crowd head-on, saying at the outset of his speech that many of those listening would not like him in four or five minutes. And he was right -- at least in terms of this listener's agreement with his assertions.

To say that the war on terror had anything to do with Islam, he asserted, was to agree with Osama bin Laden and to foreclose any possibility of cultivating allies among Muslims. He said that there were no more than 50,000 or so Salafis worldwide, and that we are at war with them, not with the billion-plus Muslims in the world. We should take note, he said, of a Yemeni program that used the Qur'an to turn mujahedin into lambs.

There were, in fact, so many false assumptions and erroneous assertions in his twenty-minute address that I don't have time to unpack them all here. But I am writing this because Miniter's is an influential voice, and his perspective is still mainstream. And because his kind of thinking has led the U.S. into numerous policy blind alleys -- witness the Abdul Rahman case in Afghanistan, which happened because the wonks at State were (and are) insufficiently concerned about the Sharia provision in the Afghan Constitution.

The Yemeni program, as you can see from the link above, was a sham. The "rehabilitated" terrorists told the judge what he wanted to hear, got their early release, and went back to the jihad. To agree with Osama bin Laden that Islam is at the core of the global conflict today is not to endorse his jihad, but merely to recognize why his appeal has such power in the Islamic world today. Nor is recognizing the role of the Islamic jihad ideology in inciting violence today tantamount to writing off peaceful Muslims and foreclosing on any alliances with them. Rather, it focuses the hard questions we need to ask them in order to make sure that their moderation is genuine and not feigned. This is being done virtually nowhere in the world today. No one seems to care whether or not a Muslim holds to the overall goals of Osama bin Laden -- to institute Sharia in the Muslim world and ultimately over the non-Muslim world as well -- as long as the Muslim in question doesn't pursue that goal by violent means. Yet the many non-violent, sub-radar, subversive ways in which this goal is being advanced today are ultimately much more important than the violent ones. And it is being advanced by a much larger group than Miniter's 50,000 violent Salafis.

If Miniter and those who agree with them don't want to get their intellectual pockets picked, and end up being made into useful idiots of the jihad, they need to make sure that the moderates they are so avid to work with don't share those goals. They need to ask them: do you believe in the indefinite peaceful coexistence of Muslims and non-Muslims as equals? Do you accept Western constitutional pluralism? Would you like to see Sharia someday adopted in the West? They need to examine the actions of these moderates to make sure that the answers given weren't deceptive.

There is so much deception among self-proclaimed moderates, and it is only abetted by wishful thinking, fuzzy thinking, and half-truths. To ignore the problem within Islam is only to allow it to grow and metastasize. How can we prevail over a challenge we won't confront?
It was disappointing to see dhimmi self-deception even in a conference devoted to speaking realistically about terror issues, but ultimately, given the fog that envelops us, it is not it is not surprising.

Security was very profesional and tight, in fact the symposium started a little late because of that. I am glad to report that the conference room was full, and there was a general buzz heard through out the room prior to the speakers as people were talking, and exchanging ideas etc....

The line up for the day was exceptional. The first speaker up was Brigitte Gabriel, if you have never seen her speak she is a little dinomite. She had us in the palm of her hand , and her life story had many of us in tears. She then proceeded to get everyone back up again, and energized, she trully is remarkable. CBS Poll shows Sinking Perceptions Of Islam

Well at least people are starting to wake up to the truth about islam......

CBS) Although Americans believe they are better informed about Islam than they were five years ago, a new CBS News poll finds fewer than one in five say their impression of the religion is favorable.

Forty-five percent of respondents queried April 6 - 9 said they have an unfavorable view of Islam, a rise from 36 percent in February. And the publics impression of Islam has diminished even more compared with four years ago. In February 2002 less than six months after the terrorist attacks of September 11 the country was evenly divided in its impression of Islam.

Americans today are also more likely than not to believe that Islam encourages violence, at least in comparison to other religions around the world.

Well that is encouraging, but I agree with a commentaters post at Jihad Watch , http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/011011.php#comments that while the general public is uneasy with islam, and they recognize that there is something evil about it, most have not taken the time to research why this is so, they still do not understand that all that is being done by the followers of islam is being dictated by the koran and mahamdod.

Sorry about the hiatus... Family and work, back again thought....

Good day !

Sorry about the absence, but family and work take precedence. Over the last three weeks we've celebrated my hubbies birthday, had to care for my mother after her surgery, and of course work, well it never lets up....

But here I am , back again, and of course there are so many things to comment on, were do I start.....

Yahoo... We received our free koran from cair, it is being used to highlight all those saying that muslims love to follow when doing all those despicable things such as sawing of peoples heads, abusing woman and children, etc... It's a great resource for anyone to use against the PC crowd, after all muslims believe their koran is the words that they must live by and ol mo was the perfect example, show people exactly what is said and dine by mo!

We encourage everyone to request a free copy from cair, this way when a useful idiot tries to claim that islam is a religion of peace, you too can show them in cair's own sanctioned book, what the koran truly says. The book is large, ornate and hopefully puts them out a pretty penny, come on now folks, you owe yourself this free book, let cair pay for it. Just beware, it took over 10 Weeks for cair to finally ship the bloody thing!

I love my husband, as I came into our house after a long day at work, not to mention the long commute back home, he pointed out that I should look down at the floor as i sat down in the bathroom, and sure enough, there it was , placed where it could be most useful, be it as reading material, or otherwise! (you have to read the letter that comes with the koran to really appreciate this :-)

Sorry about not having had time earlier this week to blog. Anyone with elderly parents can understand how sometimes things can become a bit hectic. My mother lives with us and needed to have cararact surgery for one of her eyes on Tuesday. Although my husband could have taken her to the hospital, she felt better having me there, so I was off Tuesday for her surgery and Wednesday for her follow up visits. The surgery went well , and she is pleased with the results, she was especially pleased to hear from her doctor that she could resume driving today!

She is such a spunky lady and I thank God for having her for my mom every day! She taught me self confidence, a love of nature and humanity, and to always question things, never take anything for granted, and to always treat others the way you wish to be treated, but to never let someone take you for granted, to stand up for your rights, never take them for granted.

Any way, that's the reason for the hiatus, I'm back and will start posting again as soon as I get all this paperwork off my desk.... Arhhhhh, I hate being away from my job, the work just piles up!

Nigerian Christians in Anti-Jihad mob defend selves against muslim rioters

I am willing to bet that this is just the start, non muslims standing up against muslim's violence, and the muslims actually getting back some of their own medicine!

As I've stated before, the rest of the world (non-muslims) are getting tired of turning the other cheek, I predict that this is just the beginning, the world will be seeing more groups defending themselves.

As usual the MSM doesn't mention that this "Christian mob " is in reaction to muslim violence against Christians until the 4th paragraph......

The violence appeared to be in reprisal for anti-Christian violence Saturday in the mostly Muslim northern city of Maiduguri in which thousands of Muslims protesting caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad attacked Christians and burned churches, killing at least 18 people.

.......Saturday's protest over the cartoons of Prophet Muhammad in Maiduguri marked the first violent demonstrations over the issue in Nigeria. Police say at least 18 people, most of them Christians, died, and 30 churches were burned down. The Christian Association of Nigeria said at least 50 people were killed in the violence.

rather then the Yahoo news headline stating muslim anti-Christian violence resulted 18 deaths and the burning of 30 churches, after wards Nigerian Christians retaliated against the muslims, resulting infurther violence. That would of course have the MSM actually reporting the truth.......

TGIF! What a longggggg.... week! Well it's been busy at work and home, we've had some really interesting weather yesterday. We had fog, rain, sleet, thunder , lightning, freezing rain and even some very wet snow! (Mind you this was all in just one day, a typical Chicago type day!)

New Fatwa States That Religious Law Does Not Forbid Use of Nuclear Weapons

"When the Entire World is Armed With Nuclear Weapons, it is Permissible to Use These Weapons as a Counter-[Measure]"

"The spiritual leaders of the ultra-conservatives [in Iran] have accepted the use of nuclear weapons as lawful in the eyes of the shari'a. Mohsen Gharavian, a disciple of [Ayatollah] Mesbah Yazdi [who is Iranian President Ahmadinejad's spiritual mentor], has spoken for the first time of using nuclear weapons as a counter-measure. He stated that 'in terms of the shari'a, it all depends on the goal.'

"The religious leadership of the Islamic Republic [of Iran], which has until now regarded the use of nuclear weapons as opposed to the Shari'a, and has repeated this point again and again, has so far kept silent about this. In today's Chicago Tribune, in the columnist's section we had the usual useful idiots that were tripping over themselves, apologizing over the cartoons that the Trib refuses to publish, proclaiming stupidities such as by John Kass: the cartoons are :

"Denigrating a great religion, one of the three great monotheistic religions in the world, one that promotes many of the same values preached by the political right in the U.S."

Does this useful idiot even have a clue of what is in the koran? Does he understand that muslims take every word literally?

Since when does the "political right in the U.S." condone the killing of non believers? (what does the right consider to be a non believer? Would that be the equivalent of condoning the killing of all left wingers? I suppose the right wing would first give the left winger the option of converting to the right wing first, just as the koran states that an unbeliever should be given the choice of converting or getting killed.)

Let's see , maybe he's referring to Mohamad's taste for little girls, after all Asha was only 9 when Mohamad had intercourse with her, and we all know that in islam ol Mo is the perfect example that all muslims must strive to emulate. So , does that mean that the right also endorsed child molestation? Is the right wingers in the US pettioning for the marriage age to be lowered to 9 for girls as it is in many muslim countries? NO? Hmmm...

I know , the political right is always calling for it's followers to kill all those that blasphemy their political leaders....Something along the lines of "Thou shall not draw the political rights politicians as cartoons.....Or else..... No?.....

Then there's Steve Chapman, another useful idiot working for the Chicago Tribune.... With regards to muslims in Europe Steve writes:

"Though the cartoons appeared first in Denmark, the violent protests occurred far away, in places like Syria, Lebanon, Gaza and Afghanistan. Still, the underlying worry about this whole episode is that it offers a dire warning for the fate of Europe.

The growing number of Muslims, it is argued, will eventually lead to the repression of anything critical of Islam. Journalist Mark Steyn speculated recently in The Wall Street Journal's online Opinion Journal that the continent could be under Sharia (Islamic religious law) by 2040. "We're already seeing a drift in that direction," he argued.

The danger, I gather, is that Europe's Muslims will be just as intolerant of criticism of their faith as Europe's Christians used to be of theirs. That would certainly be a bad thing. But to assume that more Muslims will inevitably turn France or Germany into a turbaned theocracy brings to mind the bumper sticker that says, "I get all the exercise I need jumping to conclusions."

In the first place, not all Muslims are alike. Just as Christianity encompasses everything from monasteries in Kenya to megachurches in Texas, Islam means different things in different places. But the killer is hardly typical of his co-religionists on the continent.In Denmark, local Muslims responded to the cartoons in law-abiding ways--gathering petitions, talking to the newspaper editor, filing a criminal complaint, marching peacefully in Copenhagen. Only when the issue got attention in the Middle East did mayhem erupt. Even then, it occurred in only a few places, not all across the Muslim world......

His drible is the usual regurgitated, BS about how islam is a religion of peace, blah, blah, blah,... Only a handful of believers distorting the whole religion, blah, blah, blah.....

Of course , he has never bothered to actually see what really has happened in Denmark, London, etc ... with muslims calling for death to the cartoonists, etc... etc... Calling for another 7/7, 9/11 etc...

Yeah, they're such a peaceful bunch, Europe just needs to understand them better,.... good dhimmi, now put your head back into the sand, .... ignore the man behind the screen..... move on, there's nothing to see here.....who should you believe, your lying eyes and ears or the peac loving imans?

On the positive side, there is one columnist at the Chicago Tribune that does seem to have a backbone and actually might be getting it, he's making sense... Eric Zorn.

In Eric's column today he writes ......

"The early draft of my column Thursday contained what I thought was a tidy little epigram: "Tolerance is a birthright," it said. "But respect is earned."

An editor raised a concern: In the context of the column, which was about my support for the Danish newspaper that had published cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad that many Muslims found very offensive, this line sounded as though I was saying I didn't respect the Islamic faith.

That's not what I'm saying, I countered. What I'm saying is that just because people believe something--anything, take it out of the religious context if that helps--doesn't mean that belief is entitled to my "respect."

"Respect" to me signals a form of endorsement that may or may not fall short of agreement or admiration. I don't give it out on demand, and I don't think anyone should give it out because they're deathly afraid of what will happen if they don't."

1.Thou shall not have westophobia. The west is not plotting against Islam, they don’t give a hoot about your religion nor the religion of this old Hindu man walking in downtown Calcutta, India. The West is busy with far more important things.

2.Thou shall remember that millions of Muslims in Europe have far more rights than non-Muslims in Arab/Muslim lands (for more info, contact the Christian villagers of el-Udaysaat) So quit playing the victim here. I simply don’t buy it.

3.Thou shall understand that the West is a pool of ideas and people. In the west you will find: Non-muslims who love Islam (Karen Armstrong and Prince Charles), non-Muslims who hate Islam (J-Posten and Oriana Fallaci), converts to Islam who love Islam (Murad Huffman, Roge Garoudi), converts out of Islam who hate Islam (Hirshi Ali and Ibn Warraq). So for heaven’s sake, you can’t paint the West with one brush.

4.Thou shall understand that the West gets their info on Islam not from your preaching nor from the books you translate to them but from your actions.

5.Thou shall riot and protest when Muslims kill other Muslims (for more info, contact the Shia families of Iraq and Darfur Sudanese)

6.Thou shall try to riot and protest when Muslims kill non-Muslims. If that’s not possible, at least try to do commandment 5.

7.Thou shall NOT riot over cartoons published 4 months ago. Try to riot over cartoons published 2 months ago. At least it might make more sense that way.

8.Thou shall not boycott an entire nation because a single newspaper, TV channel, radio station, politician, actor, actress, etc, etc, in that nation said or wrote or drew something that offended you. Why? Because its stupid and childish to do so and it further hurts your image.

9.Thou shall incorporate the values of liberal democracy. The Catholics of Italy, the Anglicans of England, the Buddhists of Korea, and the Shintos of Japan have done so. I don’t see a reason why you can’t do so as well.

10.Your leaders should know that what was OK in the year 706 might not be OK in the year 2006. I won’t get upset if you changed a few things in the laws and regulations as long as you continue to profess faith in me, pray to me, fast during Ramadan, give alms, and perform Hajj if you’re capable of doing so.

Great post, I doubt that many muslims will listen though......

The Study of Revenge Blog at blogspot http://thestudyofrevenge.blogspot.com/has become the latest victim of muslim intimidation. Blogspot has succumbed to the intimidation and has put a disclaimer on the site, so as not to " offend" anyone ! Well I for one am offended by many sites that continue to be useful idiots/Dhimmi's for their islamic masters, I am offended by the political left that is too stupid to realize that their very "principles " (if you can call it that , will be the first to go under islamic rule), I am offended by jihadi's screaming allah akbar at the top of their lungs as they saw off a persons head, I am offended by these followers of islam in London calling for the death of anyone who publishes a rendition of their child molester prophet, etc... etc... etc....!

Yet, I do not go out on a rampage, I do not demand that a site that blogspot hosts be censored! If Blogspot insists on censure then anytime anyone is "offended" by anything that is said or shown on a blog, Blogspot must sensor that too!

If something offends me in a blog I will not visit it again, that is the way I believe most rational persons would behave. Freedom For Egyptians reminded me why the cartoons looked so familiar to me: they were actually printed in the Egyptian Newspaper Al Fagr back in October 2005. I repeat, October 2005, during Ramadan, for all the egyptian muslim population to see, and not a single squeak of outrage was present. Al Fagr isn't a small newspaper either: it has respectable circulation in Egypt, since it's helmed by known Journalist Adel Hamoudah. Looking around in my house I found the copy of the newspaper, so I decided to scan it and present to all of you to see.

Guess we will have to Boycott Egypt now as well, huh?

Now while the arab islamic population was going crazy over the outrage created by their government's media over these cartoons, their governments was benifitting from its people's distraction. The Saudi royal Family used it to distract its people from the outrage over the Hajj stampede. The Jordanian government used it to distract its people from their new minimum wage law demanded by their labor unions. The Syrian Government used it to create secterian division in Lebanon and change the focus on the Harriri murder. And, finally, the Egyptian government is using it to distract us while it passes through the new Judiciary reforms and Social Security Bill- which will cut over $300 million dollars in benefits to some of Egypt's poorest families. Blue Scarf Meeting Thursday

It is interesting that this person assumed that I had some kind of religious agenda of my own. They thought that their trump card would be that they are agnostic. If they are truly agnostic, and open minded about the possibility of there being something out there, I would hope that they would be doing research on the various belief systems. (Maybe I am wrong, but it seemed that this person may have had their own hidden agenda of hatred against one or more religions, to have had such an adverse reaction to the mere mention of the Golden Rule) Anyway as an agnostic, which they claim to be , I would hope that they are familiar with humanism.....

To my surprise, once this Muslim learned that I am a practitioner of the Golden Rule, he launched his attack at the Golden Rule and in a rebuttal that he titled The Golden Rule: Cult of Ali Sina he wrote:

Mr. Sina said that he will be making the allegations against Prophet Muhammad (SAW) on the basis that the Prophet (SAW) has violated the Golden Rule. As he says Islam contradicts the Golden Rule; the rule is hiscriterion and yard stick. Therefore, Mr. Sina has to prove the legitimacy of the Golden Rule otherwise it is a mere assumption. In the absence of proof, Mr. Sina would be violating his first rule which he stated earlier: he must be able to prove that assumption or withdraw it!

I already knew that Islam is contrary to the Golden Rule and in fact this is precisely why I oppose it. But I did not expect a Muslim admit to it and defy this universal principle so openly. The fact that this Muslim called the Golden Rule, Cult of Ali Sina makes me think that he had never heard of this basic human principle.

Muslims are masters of deception and they strive to portray their religion as the summum bonum and their prophet as the champion of righteousness. This Muslim, however, was foolishly honest enough to tell the truth and instead of claiming Islam is a fair and just religion, he attacked the Golden Rule and called it a cult.

I responded that I do not have to prove the legitimacy of the Golden Rule. I don't think I have to prove day is bright and night is dark to a seeing person, and to a blind, that won't make any difference. The Golden Rule is a universal principle and it is self evident. We must not measure the validity of the Golden Rule with what Muhammad said, but rather we must establish the legitimacy of his claim by the yardstick of the Golden Rule.

We humans instinctively measure every right and wrong with the yardstick of the Golden Rule. The Golden Rule is the shared belief of all mankind and a self evident principle. The essence of the Golden Rule is: Do onto others as you would wish them do onto you. It is through this principle that we know stealing is bad, murder is bad, rape is bad, cheating is bad, and kindness is good, generosity is good, forgiveness is good etc.

Some cynics say the Golden Rule is flawed. For example a masochist who likes to be mistreated, by applying the Golden Rule will abuse others who do not like it. This is obviously a misunderstanding of the concept of the Golden Rule. A much more accurate definition of the Golden Rule is: Treat others with the same consideration and respect that you wish to be treated. It does not mean do to others exactly what you like to be done to you. For example, if you like peanut butter, it does not mean you should feed it to someone who is allergic to it, which can kill him. It does not mean you should take your wife who likes concerts, to a basketball game because you like basketball or invite your Hindu friend to a barbeque because you are a meat lover when you know he is vegetarian.

Various religions and doctrines have expressed this simple concept in a variety of ways. The following is a brief list of them in alphabetical order.

If Muslims protesting around the world seriously believe that their threats of violence do anything to promote that taqiya mantra that "Islam is a Religion of Peace", they should also realise that many ordinary infidel folks are also outraged by current Islamic behaviour. These infidels, who perhaps were quiet in 1989 when the evil Ayatollah Khomeini declared his death sentence against Salman Rushdie (leading to the stabbing of Japanese translator of Rushdie's Satanic Verses), have started to draw.

Many of the drawings being done in people's garrets around the globe are now being uploaded onto a site called Draw Mohammed.

Some of the pictures are of poor quality, and some are quite sublime, like this one which depicts Mohammed and his child-bride Aisha.

The cartoon situation is very sad for the majority of peaceful Muslims around the world who feel their prophet is being portrayed as a father of murder, terrorism and paedophilia.

But the truth hurts. As recorded in the hadiths, Mohammed was not a peaceful man, and he approved of having those who insulted him decapitated. He also had sex on a regular basis with a nine-year old child, his last "wife", Aisha.

The sad truth is, the religion was founded by a man who committed murder, banditry, and condoned the rape of women after their husbands had become prisoners of war and slaughtered.

As a sizeable minority of Muslims are now showing themselves wedded to notions of violence and revenge, I hope the cowardly mainstream press will stop peddling the whitewashed appraisal of Mohammed as a man of peace, because quite frankly, such an appraisal is unhistorical, and un-Islamic.

Muslims are bullies and bullies threaten those who are weaker. In this case Denmark with a population of no more than 5.5 million was considered by the Muslims to be a soft target that can be crushed economically.

Where to start....

Well , it has been a busy 24 hours since the last post, not to mention a busy week over all!

First , my condolences to the families of those that drowned in the Red Sea, what a horrible way to die! Egypt ... How could you leave those people to drown when you had offers of help from Israel, Britain and the US. Why is it that the ME cannot put aside their hatred of Israel, and the West and accept the help that was offered? How many lives could have been saved? Is islamic ideology of hatred transcends all , they seem to not be able to even try to save another islamic life if the help was to come from a Jew or an infidel... How stupid can these people be, is there truly no humanity in a person when they embrace islam? Not even for one of their own?

The cartoon stupidity continues, and I was wrong about the Jordanians, they too have succumbed and have fired the publisher of the Jordanian paper! What a false ideology if islam cannot even stand up to critique and characterization!

(Scroll down into the earlier links to view them , along with other mohamid cartoons) well now it seems that a Jordanian newspaper, the Arabic weekly Shihan, ran three of the 12 cartoons, including the one that depicts Muhammed as wearing a turban shaped like a bomb with a burning fuse.

The headline in the Jordanian newspaper said: This is how the Danish newspaper portrayed Prophet Muhammad, may Gods blessing and peace be upon him.

So now of course I expect all moonbat muslims to now run screaming through their streets threatening death to the Jordanian newspaper publishers, demanding a formal apology from the Jordanianian government, and of course a call for boycotting anything and everything from Jordan....

Rally Against Islamofascism Day- Today Feb 1st!

At various hours during the day , today February 1st, and at different locations across America, a consortium of Christian, Jewish and Muslim groups will all join the United American Committee in sending a clear message across the nation against extremism and terrorism by showing their support for the U.S. military, our Coast Guard and Border Patrol, the FBI, Homeland Security and all other government agencies that protect us in the War on Terror. In addition, the rallies will also be to oppose Saudi Arabian influence in our government and at our universities at this time when the Saudis are actively involved in funding terrorism and furthering extremist ideologies. The UAC goal is to show a united front of the majority of Americans to tell congress to take action.

Attendees also hope to call attention and cite their opposition to political groups in the United States that claim to represent mainstream American Muslims yet support militant Islam by lending tacit support to terrorism under the guise of being "civil rights" groups. The UAC’s position is that such groups need to do more to actively denounce terrorism in support of our government and to cooperate with law enforcement.

The insanity of the followers of islam continues... cartoons anyone?

"Controversy over the publication of images depicting Mohammed in the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten has erupted into an international furor. While Muslim nations are calling for a boycott of Denmark, Europeans are divided as to whether they should stand up for Western principles of freedom of speech, or cave in to to self-censorship in the name of multiculturalism and fear.

While the debate rages, an important point has been overlooked: despite the Islamic prohibition against depicting Mohammed under any circumstances, hundreds of paintings, drawings and other images of Mohammed have been created over the centuries, with nary a word of complaint from the Muslim world. The recent cartoons in Jyllands-Posten are nothing new; it's just that no other images of Mohammed have ever been so widely publicized.

This page is an archive of numerous depictions of Mohammed, to serve as a reminder that such imagery has been part of Western and Islamic culture since the Middle Ages -- and to serve as a resource for those interested in freedom of expression.

Dante's Inferno In the Inferno chapter of Dante's trilogy The Divine Comedy, Mohammed is described as being one of the "Sowers of Discord," showing his entrails to Dante and Virgil in the Eighth Circle of Hell:

The poets are in the ninth chasm of the eighth circle, that of the Sowers of Discord, whose punishment is to be mutilated. Mahomet shows his entrails to Dante and Virgil while on the left stands his son Ali, his head cleft from chin to forelock. Several famous artists have created their own illustrations of this scene. In each drawing, Mohammed is the one with his torso slit open.

Blue Scarf Day, Thursday, January 26 7-9 at your local McDonald's

Who do the French politicians think they're fooling? They're fooling themselves. The rest of the nation, and the world at large, is fed up, and they won't take it anymore. Good.

What can we do to show our support for the French? And for the Danes? For the Swedes and Norwegians and English and Dutch and everyone else dumped on by the p.c. sentimentalists who refuse to secure the peace in our lands?

We can go to the nearest McDonald's diner, and on Jan. 26 from 7-9:00 pm we can sit wearing a blue scarf, and there perhaps meet other like-minded people and there talk and admit that we don't like the religion of peace and all the violence it entails by virtue of being the eternal word of a criminal maniac and his murdering followers. Go for coffee at McDonald's on Jan. 26.

Wear a blue scarf. If you feel that it's too dangerous to do so, then we have lost this struggle and we are doomed. I think not. I'll see you there."

I've always considered myself a feminist in the purist of senses in that I believe that men and women should be equally respected and respectful of each other. All human beings regardless of gender, race, etc... should be respected and treated equally. In the islamic world woman are not even considered to be human and worthy of basic rights. The islamic world has been supressing 50% of their population, imagine the strides they could have made ....

Women have contributed greatly to the rest of the world in Science, Medicine, Music, Literature, History, Bussiness , etc, etc, etc.....

A speech for the 12/14/05 Senate hearing organized by the American Committee for Democracy in the Middle East.

According to one Iranian dissident, “being born female is both a capital crime and a death sentence.” Today, the plight of both women and men in the Islamic world, and in an increasingly Islamized Europe, demands a sober analysis and a heroic response.

In a democratic, modern, and feminist era, women in the Islamic world are not treated as human beings. Women in Iran and elsewhere in the Islamic world are viewed as the source of all evil. Their every move is brutally monitored and curtailed. The smallest infraction – a wanton wisp of hair escaping a headscarf – merits maximum punishment: Flogging in public, or worse. This is happening in Iran even as we speak. In 2005, a hospital in Tehran was accused of refusing entry to women who did not wear head-to-toe covering.

In 2002, in Saudi Arabia, religious policemen prevented 14 year old schoolgirls from leaving a burning school building because they were not wearing their headscarves and abayahs. Fifteen girls died.

Today, George Orwell's Thought Police are, rather ominously, everywhere in the Arab and Islamic world. Orwell's Thought Police pre-date the Afghan Taliban or Iran's or Saudi Arabia’s Virtue-and-Vice squads, who arrest men and women for the smallest sign of "individuality", difference, or female-ness.

Women in Iran, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, and increasingly in Egypt, are veiled from head to toe. They live in purdah and lead segregated lives. Women are also forced into arranged and polygamous marriages, often when they are children, and often to much older men or to first cousins.

Girls and women are routinely beaten. Woman-beating is normalized and culturally sanctioned and those who dare protest it are shamed, beaten savagely, and sometimes even honor-murdered by their own families. According to the Women’s Forum Against Fundamentalism in Iran, two out of every three Iranian women have experienced serious domestic violence. Eighty one per cent of married women have experienced domestic violence in their first year of marriage. In addition, every year, millions of Muslim women are genitally mutilated—and this is not only happening in Muslim Africa. It is increasingly happening in Iran and in Europe and in North America where the procedures are quietly carried out in hospitals.

In many Muslim countries, women are not allowed to vote, drive, leave the house, or leave the country without male permission and a male escort. Most runaway girls in Iran are raped within the first 24 hours of their departure. The majority of such runaway rape victims are rejected by their families after they are raped. When Iranian girls or women run away from abusive homes, they are also quickly trafficked into prostitution, which has increased alarmingly in the last decade in Iran and which now includes temporary marriages that allow men to “marry for only an hour.” Rape victims and suspected prostitutes are quickly jailed and repeatedly raped, and often impregnated, by their guards. In 2004, nearly 4,000 women were arrested in Tehran alone. Six hundred and forty nine were girls below the age of 14.

Iranian women are worn down every minute and in every way in their private lives. For example, in the summer of ’05, a court in Tehran barred a young woman from working after her estranged husband complained that she was only allowed to be a housewife. This woman had been battered and she had fled the marriage two years earlier. But the court confirmed her husband’s right to bar her from working outside the home. In November of ’05, an 80-year-old husband clubbed his 50-year-old wife to death, “because he could not tolerate her wearing makeup outside the home”. In October of ’05, female civil servants at Iran’s culture ministry were forced to leave the office by dusk “to be with their families”. One female journalist, who works nightshifts at an Iranian newspaper said: “This decree means that I will be jobless soon.”

And then there are the public and terrifying atrocities.

Increasingly in Iran, women are publicly hung or are slowly and painfully stoned to death for alleged adultery or for having been raped. Public amputations, floggings, and executions are “almost a daily spectacle”. If women (and men) publicly protest such heartbreaking barbarities, they are slandered as “anti-Muslim,” arrested, and often murdered by the state.

The bravery of Iranian demonstrators is therefore heart stopping. They know precisely what can and will happen to them and still they demonstrate. In Tehran this past summer of ’05, women protested Iran’s clerical rulers. They chanted “Freedom, freedom, freedom!” and called for a referendum on religious rule. They chanted “Unequal law means inhuman justice” and “Misogyny is the root of tyranny.” Earlier in March of ’05, demonstrators at Tehran University demanded that women have a right to choose what they wear; that women must be free to choose their husbands and to marry or to divorce; that any kind of sex trade and human trafficking should be forbidden; that polygamy must be illegal.

Many Muslim women are also honor murdered by their families—yes, by their mothers as well as by their fathers and older brothers for the crime of wanting to go to college, marry for love, end abusive marriages, or go to the movies. Honor murders are usually horrific, very primitive. The girls or women are be-headed or they are stabbed many times, or slowly choked to death. I write about all this in my most recent book, The Death of Feminism. What’s Next in the Struggle for Women’s Freedom.

I call this systemic mistreatment: "Islamic gender Apartheid."

If we do not oppose and defeat Islamic gender Apartheid, democracy and freedom cannot flourish in the Arab and Islamic world. If we do not join forces with Muslim dissident and feminist groups; and, above all, if we do not have one universal standard of human rights for all—then we will fail our own Judeo-Christian and secular western ideals. We will also inherit the whirlwind. If we do not stop Islamic gender and religious Apartheid abroad, be assured: It is coming our way soon. Indeed, it is already here. I document Islamic gender Apartheid in both Europe and North America in my new book The Death of Feminism. What’s Next in the Struggle for Women’s Freedom.

It is dangerous to say what I have just said on most campuses in Europe and North America. If one describes the barbaric human rights violations being carried out in the name of Islam, one is instantly accused of being a “racist,” a “Zionist,” an American “imperialist,” and, the worse epithet of all, a “pro-war neo-conservative.” Islamic associations in the West, radical mullahs and Muslim leaders abroad, and culturally relativist western thinkers will sue you, shout you down, refuse to publish you, and refuse to listen to you.

Some personal disclosures are now in order.

First, I am a feminist and an American patriot. Yes, one can be both. I am also an internationalist. I believe in one universal standard of human rights for everyone. Finally, I am a religious Jew and am sympathetic to both religious and secular world-views. Being religious does not compromise my feminism. On the contrary, it gives me the strength and a necessarily humbled perspective to continue the struggle for justice.

Second, Afghanistan matters to me, it has touched my life. Once, long ago, in 1961, I was held captive there and kept in fairly posh purdah; some women were exceptionally kind to me. I will never forget them. I believe that my so-called “western” feminism was forged in that most beautiful and tragic of countries. Let me share some details.

I had married my college sweetheart and we traveled to Kabul to meet his family. I had no intention of staying there. In Afghanistan, a few hundred wealthy families lived by European standards. Everyone else lived in the Middle Ages. When we landed, airport officials confiscated my American passport. I never saw it again. Then, I discovered that my father-in-law had three wives and 21 children. Finally, like all upper class Afghan woman, I was placed under house arrest.

Individual Afghans were charming, funny, humane, tender, enchantingly courteous, and sometimes breathtakingly honest. Yet, their country was a bastion of illiteracy, poverty, and preventable disease.

I never put on the headscarves, long coats, and gloves. Instead, I would take a deep breath, go out, and stride at a brisk, American pace. Sometimes, I'd take a bus. The buses were quite colorful except inside, fully sheeted women sat apart from the men at the back of the bus. The first time I saw this, I laughed out loud in disbelief and nervousness.

There soon came a time when I knew I would have to leave. I presented myself at the American Embassy. They could not help me. They told me that as the "wife of an Afghan national," I was no longer an American citizen entitled to American protection. Each time, the Marines would escort me back home. I came to understand that once an American woman marries a Muslim, and lives in a Muslim country, she is a citizen of no country. She is no longer entitled to the rights she once enjoyed. Only military mercenaries can rescue her.

A woman dares not forget such lessons—not if she manages to survive and escape. Which I did—though weighing 90 pounds and with hepatitis.

Firsthand experience of life under Islam as a woman held captive in Kabul has shaped the kind of feminist I became and have remained—one who is not a multicultural relativist. I learned, early on, how incredibly servile oppressed peoples could be and how deadly the oppressed could be toward each other. My husband's mother was very cruel to her female servants. I understood that women internalize sexism just as men do. It was an observation that has stayed with me.

What I experienced in Afghanistan taught me the necessity of applying a single standard of human rights, not one tailored to each culture.

Let us now return to the Islamic Republic of Iran. In 1990, Iranian journalist, Freidoune Sahebjam, published a haunting and carefully rendered account of how, on August 15, 1986, a 35-year-old woman was stoned to death in Kupayeh, Iran. It is titled: The Stoning of Soraya M. Soraya, (peace be upon her), was lynched by the villagers with whom she had lived all her life. Her own father, her two sons, and her lying, greedy, heartless, criminal-husband, Ghorban-Ali, all threw the first stones.

When Soraya was only 13, an arranged marriage with the 20-year-old Ghorban-Ali took place. Soraya was docile, obedient, and fertile. She did everything uncomplainingly. Her husband routinely insulted, beat, and then abandoned her and their children; he also consorted with prostitutes and brought them into the marital bed. Soraya dared not say a word. A "complaining" wife is easy to divorce.

On his say-so, she was sentenced to die—on the very day her husband accused her of adultery. The villagers chanted: "The whore has to die. Death to the woman." The villagers--who had known Soraya since her birth--cursed her, spit on her, hit her, and whipped her as she walked to her stoning. According to Sahebjam’s account, a "shudder of pleasure and joy ran through the crowd", as their stones drew blood. Soraya died a slow and agonizing death. Afterwards, the villagers all literally danced on the spot where Soraya had been murdered.

I must emphasize that this ghastly, local stoning cannot be blamed on the alleged crimes of the American or Israeli Empire. Like evil, barbaric customs also exist in the world. The West has not caused them. This is a very important point—as is the question: What can or must we do about it?

Dare to argue for military as well as humanitarian and educational intervention—and you will be slandered as a “racist”—even when you are arguing for the lives and dignity of brown- and black- and olive-skinned people. In the name of anti-racism and political correctness, the Western academy and media appear to have all but abandoned vulnerable people—Muslims as well as Christians, Jews, and Hindus—to the forces of Islamism. Such cultural relativism is, today, perhaps the greatest failing of the western academic and media establishments.

If we, as Americans, want to continue the struggle for women's and humanity's global freedom, we can no longer allow ourselves to remain inactive, anti-activist, cowed by outdated left and European views of colonial-era racism that are meant to trump and silence concerns about gender. The Western academy has been thoroughly “Palestinianized”. Even feminists have come to believe that the “occupation of Palestine” is far more important than the occupation and destruction of women’s bodies, worldwide.

As I see it, everything is at stake. This is not the time for ideological party lines. It is a time for action, clarity, and unity. As Americans, we must acknowledge that Islamic religious and gender Apartheid are evil and have no justification. I would like us to support Muslim and Arab dissidents in their fight against Islamic gender apartheid and against tyranny. To fail this opportunity betrays all that we believe in.

I share the vision that Natan Sharansky and Ron Dermer have spelled out in their book The Case for Democracy. The Power of Freedom to Overcome Tyranny and Terror. I, too, believe that "democratic nations, led by the United States have a critical role to play in expanding freedom around the globe." Both women and religious minorities in non-western and Muslim countries, and in an increasingly Islamized Europe, are endangered as never before. In my new book, I argue that America must begin to factor both gender and religious Apartheid into our evolving foreign policies.

What must be done? We must combat the hate propaganda against America, Israel, and women that characterizes so much of the Arab and Muslim world today. This is a long educational and cultural process. We must defeat jihad. We must fight back. And, we must peg every peace and trade treaty with a Muslim country to the status of women in that country. I have a list of ten things that must be done in this regard vis a vis Iran. My esteemed colleague, Professor Donna Hughes, has begun to spell out what an American feminist foreign policy might be towards Iran.
American and Western leaders cannot turn their backs on Muslim dissidents, on the people in the Arab and Muslim world—or on the endangered Jews in Israel or on the Christians in Muslim countries. Our American vision of freedom and equality for women must also become part of American foreign policy. This is the feminist priority of the twenty-first century.

The snow storm has been downgraded , here comes the freezing RAIN!

We had our company Christmas/Holiday luncheon today , always a good time for all. Great food, excellent company and we were able to take a couple of hours out of our busy schedules.

The weather reports have been prediting a major storm to hit here for the past 48 hours, well now instead of 3-6 inches of snow , it's been downgrade to a forecasted 1-3 inches with freezing rain possible.

We came back to the office around 2:00 pm and it was already starting to freeze , luckily the parking lot was salted, but I can see an interesting commute tonight! (Ice rink anyone?)

"Most Americans don't realize we are in a war of survival -- a war that is going to continue for decades," the Northcom official warns."

Washington's policy-makers have been careful in the war on terror to distinguish between Islam and the terrorists. The distinction has rankled conservatives who see scarce difference.

A little-noticed speech by President Bush in October gave them some hope. In a major rhetorical shift, he described the enemy as "Islamic radicals" and not just "terrorists," although he still denies that radicalism has anything to do with their religion.

Now for the first time, a key Pentagon intelligence agency involved in homeland security is delving into Islam's holy texts to answer whether Islam is being radicalized by the terrorists or is already radical. Military brass want a better understanding of what's motivating the insurgents in Iraq and the terrorists around the globe, including those inside America who may be preparing to strike domestic military bases. The enemy appears indefatigable, even more active now than before 9/11.

Are the terrorists really driven by self-serving politics and personal demons? Or are they driven by religion? And if it's religion, are they following a manual of war contained in their scripture?

Answers are hard to come by.

Four years into the war on terror, U.S. intelligence officials tell me there are no baseline studies of the Muslim prophet Muhammad or his ideological or military doctrine found at either the CIA or Defense Intelligence Agency, or even the war colleges.

But that is slowly starting to change as the Pentagon develops a new strategy to deal with the threat from Islamic terrorists through its little-known intelligence agency called the Counterintelligence Field Activity or CIFA, which staffs hundreds of investigators and analysts to help coordinate Pentagon security efforts at home and abroad. CIFA also supports Northern Command in Colorado, which was established after 9/11 to help military forces react to terrorist threats in the continental United States.

Dealing with the threat on a tactical and operational level through counterstrikes and capture has proven only marginally successful. Now military leaders want to combat it from a strategic standpoint, using informational warfare, among other things. A critical part of that strategy involves studying Islam, including the Quran and the hadiths, or traditions of Muhammad.

"Today we are confronted with a stateless threat that does not have at the strategic level targetable entities: no capitals, no economic base, no military formations or installations," states a new Pentagon briefing paper I've obtained. "Yet political Islam wages an ideological battle against the non-Islamic world at the tactical, operational and strategic level. The West's response is focused at the tactical and operation level, leaving the strategic level -- Islam -- unaddressed."

So far the conclusions of intelligence analysts assigned to the project, who include both private contractors and career military officials, contradict the commonly held notion that Islam is a peaceful religion hijacked or distorted by terrorists. They've found that the terrorists for the most part are following a war-fighting doctrine articulated through Muhammad in the Quran, elaborated on in the hadiths, codified in Islamic or sharia law, and reinforced by recent interpretations or fatwahs.

"Islam is an ideological engine of war (Jihad)," concludes the sensitive Pentagon briefing paper. And "no one is looking for its off switch."

Why? One major reason, the briefing states, is government-wide "indecision [over] whether Islam is radical or being radicalized."

So, which is it? "Strategic themes suggest Islam is radical by nature," according to the briefing, which goes on to cite the 26 chapters of the Quran dealing with violent jihad and the examples of the Muslim prophet, who it says sponsored "terror and slaughter" against unbelievers.

"Muhammad's behaviors today would be defined as radical," the defense document says, and Muslims today are commanded by their "militant" holy book to follow his example. It adds: Western leaders can no longer afford to overlook the "cult characteristics of Islam."

It also ties Muslim charity to war. Zakat, the alms-giving pillar of Islam, is described in the briefing as "an asymmetrical war-fighting funding mechanism." Which in English translates to: combat support under the guise of tithing. Of the eight obligatory categories of disbursement of Muslim charitable donations, it notes that two are for funding jihad, or holy war. Indeed, authorities have traced millions of dollars received by major jihadi terror groups like Hamas and al-Qaida back to Saudi and other foreign Isamic charities and also U.S. Muslim charities, such as the Holy Land Foundation.

According to the Quran, jihad is not something a Muslim can opt out of. It demands able-bodied believers join the fight. Those unable -- women and the elderly -- are not exempt; they must give "asylum and aid" (Surah 8:74) to those who do fight the unbelievers in the cause of Allah.

In analyzing the threat on the domestic front, the Pentagon briefing draws perhaps its most disturbing conclusions. It argues the U.S. has not suffered from scattered insurgent attacks -- as opposed to the concentrated and catastrophic attack by al-Qaida on 9-11 -- in large part because it has a relatively small Muslim population. But that could change as the Muslim minority grows and gains more influence.

The internal document explains that Islam divides offensive jihad into a "three-phase attack strategy" for gaining control of lands for Allah. The first phase is the "Meccan," or weakened, period, whereby a small Muslim minority asserts itself through largely peaceful and political measures involving Islamic NGOs -- such as the Islamic Society of North America, which investigators say has its roots in the militant Muslim Brotherhood, and Muslim pressure groups, such as the Council on American-Islamic Relations, whose leaders are on record expressing their desire to Islamize America.

In the second "preparation" phase, a "reasonably influential" Muslim minority starts to turn more militant. The briefing uses Britain and the Netherlands as examples.

And in the final jihad period, or "Medina Stage," a large minority uses its strength of numbers and power to rise up against the majority, as Muslim youth recently demonstrated in terrorizing France, the Pentagon paper notes.

It also notes that unlike Judaism and Christianity, Islam advocates expansion by force. The final command of jihad, as revealed to Muhammad in the Quran, is to conquer the world in the name of Islam. The defense briefing adds that Islam is also unique in classifying unbelievers as "standing enemies against whom it is legitimate to wage war."

Right now political leaders don't understand the true nature of the threat,\ it says, because the intelligence community has yet to educate them. They still think Muslim terrorists, even suicide bombers, are mindless "criminals" motivated by "hatred of our freedoms," rather than religious zealots motivated by their faith. And as a result, we have no real strategic plan for winning a war against jihadists.

Even many intelligence analysts and investigators working in the field with the Joint Terrorism Task Forces have a shallow understanding of Islam.

"I don't like to criticize our intelligence services, because we did win the Cold War," says a Northern Command intelligence official. "However, all of these organizations have made only limited progress adjusting to the current threat or the sharing of information."

Why? "All suffer heavily from political correctness," he explains.

"Most Americans don't realize we are in a war of survival -- a war that is going to continue for decades," the Northcom official warns.

It remains to be seen, however, whether our PC-addled political leaders would ever adopt such controversial measures.

Swedish girls Malin and Amanda were on their way to a party on New Year's Eve when they were assaulted, raped and beaten half to death by four Somali immigrants. Sweden's largest newspaper has presented the perpetrators as "two men from Sweden, one from Finland and one from Somalia", a testimony as to how bad the informal censorship is in stories related to immigration in Sweden. Similar incidents are reported with shocking frequency, to the point where some observers fear that law and order is completely breaking down in the country. The number of rape charges in Sweden has tripled in just above twenty years. Rape cases involving children under the age of 15 are six - 6 - times as common today as they were a generation ago. Most other kinds of violent crime have rapidly increased, too. Instability is spreading to most urban and suburban areas.

According to a new study from the Crime Prevention Council, Brå, it is four times more likely that a known rapist is born abroad, compared to persons born in Sweden. Resident aliens from Algeria, Libya, Morocco and Tunisia dominate the group of rape suspects. According to these statistics, almost half of all perpetrators are immigrants. In Norway and Denmark, we know that non-Western immigrants, which frequently means Muslims, are grossly overrepresented on rape statistics. In Oslo, Norway, immigrants were involved in two out of three rape charges in 2001. The numbers in Denmark were the same, and even higher in the city of Copenhagen with three out of four rape charges. Sweden has a larger immigrant, including Muslim, population than any other country in northern Europe. The numbers there are likely to be at least as bad as with its Scandinavian neighbors. The actual number is thus probably even higher than what the authorities are reporting now, as it doesn't include second generation immigrants. Lawyer Ann Christine Hjelm, who has investigated violent crimes in Svea high court, found that 85 per cent of the convicted rapists were born on foreign soil or by foreign parents.

A group of Swedish teenage girls has designed a belt that requires two hands to remove and which they hope will deter would-be rapists. "It's like a reverse chastity belt," one of the creators, 19-year-old Nadja Björk, told AFP, meaning that the wearer is in control, instead of being controlled. Björk and one of her partners now plan to start a business to mass produce the belts and are currently in negotiations with potential partners. "But I'm not doing this for the money," she said. "I'm really passionate about stopping rape. I think it's terrible." In an online readers' poll from the newspaper Aftonbladet, 82% of the women expressed fear to go outside after dark. There are reports of rapes happening in broad daylight. 30 guests in a Swedish public bath watched as 17 girl was raped recently, and nobody did anything. The girl was first approached by 16-year-old boy. He and his friends followed her as she walked away to the grotto, and inside the grotto he got her blocked in the corner, ripped off her bikini and raped her, while his friend held her firm.

There are even reports of Swedish girls being attacked and cut with knives on the dance floor. A 21-year-old man who came to Sweden a couple of years ago admits that he has a low opinion of Swedish females –or “whores” as he calls them. He is now prosecuted, suspecteded of cutting eight girls in several pubs. He is also charged with raping a girl at a private party, and with sexually harassing another girl in the apartment. Several witnesses claim that the 21 year old has said that he hates Swedish women.

Some Muslim immigrants admit their bias quite openly. An Islamic Mufti in Copenhagen sparked a political outcry after publicly declaring that women who refuse to wear headscarves are "asking for rape." Apparently, he's not the only one thinking this way. “It is not as wrong raping a Swedish girl as raping an Arab girl,” says Hamid. “The Swedish girl gets a lot of help afterwards, and she had probably fucked before, anyway. But the Arab girl will get problems with her family. For her, being raped is a source of shame. It is important that she retains her virginity until she marries.” It was no coincidence that it was a Swedish girl that was gang raped in Rissne – this becomes obvious from the discussion with Ali, Hamid, Abdallah and Richard. All four have disparaging views on Swedish girls, and think this attitude is common among young men with immigrant background. “It is far too easy to get a Swedish whore…… girl, I mean;” says Hamid, and laughs over his own choice of words. “Many immigrant boys have Swedish girlfriends when they are teenagers. But when they get married, they get a proper woman from their own culture who has never been with a boy. That’s what I am going to do. I don’t have too much respect for Swedish girls. Sweden has national elections less than a year from now. Here is a suggested draft email, in English and Swedish, that you can send in to Swedish politicians and media to protest the lack of honesty about what Muslim immigration is doing to the country:

I would hereby like to protest against the passivity and the lack of resolve demonstrated by Swedish authorities in the face of a huge spike in the number of rapes in their country. It is time for Swedish politicians, Swedish media and the Swedish public to admit that the large increase in the number of rape charges in their country during the past generation is intimately tied to the immigration that has taken place during that same time period. The attitude among many Muslim men is that women who are not veiled and act properly submissive have themselves to blame if something happens to them. Such a line of thinking is incompatible with the culture of freedom in any Western country. It means that as long as Muslim immigration continues, Sweden will continue to import an Islamic culture that will destroy women’s freedom in Swedish society. The strains caused by immigration are now so large that unless something serious is done about this, pretty soon Sweden will face the same kind of riots we have recently seen in France, and will approach the point of permanent ethnic and religious strife. Swedish politicians and media need to put the well-being of their daughters above that of political correctness and their own Multicultural vanity, and it is shocking that they actually need to be reminded of this. It is an international embarrassment to Sweden as a nation that Swedes travel around the world to lecture about women’s rights, and at the same time their own young women are finding that their most basic rights, such as being able to go outside wearing normal clothes without being harassed, are slipping away. It’s a sham, and it needs to end. Unless Swedish authorities are able to provide basic security to a population that pays some of the highest tax rates in the world, the Swedish government should publicly admit its inadequacy and resign from office. At the very least, it should be honest enough to tell Swedish citizens that they have to provide security for themselves, and stop making it difficult for people to do this. The Swedish general elections are less than a year away, and this time, Muslim immigration needs to be raised to the very top of the public agenda.

Police are investigating the firing of shots overnight at a Catholic school and church in Sydney's west.

People attending a Christmas carols event at St Joseph the Worker Primary School in South Auburn heard what sounded like gunshots. Two of the school's staff members later discovered bullet holes in their cars and more than 20 shells were recovered from the scene.

The Catholic Church says it is especially concerned at the targetting of Christmas celebrations at a school attended by children as young as five.

The carols service at Holy Spirit Primary School in Lakemba, which was scheduled for tonight, has now been cancelled.

We must realize that, while Muslims in Australia, are predominately dark skinned, not all dark skinned are Muslims.

As the people of Australia educate themselves to about the Muslim threat, and those that can help them with this struggle, we can all fight it together, side by side as world citizens.

Unfortunately there seems to be no shortage of muslims that take their vile book, the quran ,quite literally, therefore we have no shortages of these types of islamic persons running around screaming allah is great as they saw off peoples necks, blow people up, stab people to death, desecrate other peoples holly places, loot, burn, and rape, all sanctioned by their book and deeds of that unholy pedophile mo.

It would be one thing if they kept to themselves in their islamic paridise such as Iran , Saudi Arabia etc... but no, they insist on taking their vile, filthy cult of islam out with them when they emigrate to the rest of the world, and instead of assimilating into their host countries they insist on pushing their filth on to the rest of the world.

Take a look at the recent violence in France, Sweden and the most recent example in Australia, just to name a few places where the muslims are rioting, raping, looting and killing. How long can the rest of the world make excuses for this vile group of pigs that follow islam? How long can we keep pretending that this has nothing to do with the cult of islam?

So far, America and its allies have accepted that there is little Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas can do to tame Hamas. On Tuesday the Quartet, a diplomatic group comprising America, the European Union, Russia, and the United Nations, released a statement that envisioned the disarming of Hamas in phases and not necessarily as a precondition for its participation in parliamentary elections on January 25.

"We also agreed that ultimately those who want to be part of the political process should not engage in armed group or militia activities," the joint statement said. "For there is a fundamental contradiction between such activities and the building of a democratic state."

In another case of "religious tolerance' in a "muslum paradise", this time Pakistan, 22 religious organizations have called for the execution of Younis Masih, a 40 year old Christian who was jailed after allegedly making derogatory remarks about the Prophet Muhammad, per Pakistan's Daily Times:

Difa-e-Islam Mahaz (Front for IslamÃ’sdefensee), an alliance of 22 Sunni religiousorganizationss, demanded that alleged blasphemer Younis Masih be given the death sentence.

Dozens of Mahaz activists and Kainchi Amer Sidhu residents staged a peaceful demonstration outside the Lahore Press Club on Monday and displayed placards with slogans Ã‘Hang the blasphemerÃ’, Ã‘Blasphemer of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) must be hanged immediatelyÃ’ and Ã‘We are ready to sacrifice everything fodefenseefence and protection of the Holy ProphetÃ’s (PBUH) dignityÃ’.

Mahaz speakers opposed the recent amendment made in the Criminal Procedural Code of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) that a superintendent of police must investigate the blasphemy case before lodging the first information report. They declared the amendment Ã“anti-IslamicÃ” and demanded the restoration of the original procedure for registering blasphemy cases.

They said that they would continue their struggle till Masih was sentenced to death.

On another note, Robert Spencer said this on the Allen Colmes show last Friday and Allen was appalled, now Andrew McCarthy says it in National Review (thanks to DC Watson on www.JihadWatch.org ) :

Radical mosques are the spark lighting the fuse that can kill Americans. That has killed Americans. That will kill more if we let it. Such killing sprees, moreover, are plotted by young, male, Muslim militants who often enter to the United States on student and other visas from places known to sponsor or export terrorism.

None of this is news. But it is cloaked in taboo. Thus, controversy was stoked last week when Mitt Romney, the Massachusetts governor and potential Republican 2008 presidential hopeful, did something that you should never do in this country. Not, at least, if you want to escape the caterwauling of civil liberties extremists and a cacophony of activist Muslim organizations whose knee-jerk approach to "opposing" terror is indignant spewing at every effort made to prevent it.

He told the truth.

Gov. Romney suggested that in the ongoing war, we ought to be investigating mosques that preach Islamic militancy and the young men who come to this country from rogue precincts of the Islamic world.

For giving voice to such a notion, Romney's comeuppance is to have the usual suspects screaming for an apology.

We know for certain, and we have known for many years, that modern terrorists are inspired by the Islamic extremism they are routinely fed in mosques — whether here, or in Europe. Not all mosques, but many of them.

---The only problem here is that we cannot know which mosques need monitoring without monitoring them. As long ago as 1999 Sheikh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani testified before a State Department Open Forum: "The most dangerous thing that is going on now in these mosques, that has been sent upon these mosques around the United States – like churches they were established by different organizations and that is ok – but the problem with our communities is the extremist ideology. Because they are very active they took over the mosques; and we can say that they took over more than 80% of the mosques that have been established in the US. And there are more than 3000 mosques in the US. So it means that the methodology or ideology of extremist has been spread to 80% of the Muslim population, but not all of them agree with it."

---Kabbani's testimony is now over six years old and has never been investigated. It is time to do so. Let mosques prove they are not among that 80% (if Kabbani is right) by cooperating actively with investigations to that end.

Mid September Already!

Well, it's been a busy time these last weeks, with summer having been in full swing, all kinds of summer events and everything in between.

I've been very fortunate and have been able to spend more time then usual with family and friends. This summer we've been busy with bar-b-q's , camping, swimming etc...

It's nice to be able to have family living close by! The best part is watching the little ones, the nieces and nephews as they interact with each other, and the rest of the family.

It's also been a busy summer in terms of world events. As usual it seems that our wonderfull friends , the believers of islam, have been at it again. Just to site the "high" points (Larger acts of terrorism, etc..), in July we've had the bombings in England, in August the bombings in Bangladesh, and of course there is the ever popular bombings in Iraq this past week were "holy Warrior' suicide bombers staged twelve separate attacks against Shia civilians (mostly day laborers looking for work). About one-hundred and thirty-five are slaughtered, with over three-hundred others injured. (Don't forget, even in Islam where everyone claims that their koran is the final word on everything , they still can't agree on which translation, and which sect is the true one!, therefore we have the "my sect is holier then your sect " bombings of fellow muslims who are just not muslim enough!)

It’s not a ‘culture’, it’s not a few deviants, it’s not a government or nation, it’s the religion. As we look first one way, and then the other, in-you-face Muslim leaders and lay continue their Jihad against us, pushing their young men to commit acts of inhumane brutality in the name of their hateful god Allah. Previously unthinkable news and images invades our living rooms on a daily basis. Only the dead and dumb can continue to hide from the facts surrounding a philosophy calling itself a religion, hell-bent on murdering or enslaving the rest of humanity. For those able to think, here is a news flash: The 9/11 hijackers, the London Bombers, the Beslan child-killers, the Chechen terrorists, the Palestinian terrorists, the Madrid terrorists, the Darfur killers, the Iraqi murderers, The Bali bombers, and innumerable acts of murder and carnage, are all linked. The common linkage, is that the victimizers are all devout Muslims! Yes, that wonderful ‘religion of peace’ we have been so careful to respect. And while the foot-soldiers act to weaken Western influence and institutions, ‘moderate Islam’ continues to do what it does best, hide militants living amongst them and silently cheer from the sidelines. The common denominator in this equation of violence is ISLAM. The common script for all these violent plays is the Qur’an, the Sira, and the Hadith collection. The identical characters for all these ugly occurrences are devout Muslims well steeped in Islamic verse and prose.

In our need to believe all religion is good, we continue to place blame everywhere else, anywhere else, even ourselves, except where it is due. Naïve to the methods and history of Islam, most of us transfer our own religious experience onto undeserving Muslims, incorrectly assuming that going to the Mosque and more prayer will dissuade Muslims from acts of evil, when it works exactly the opposite. Whereas most religionists leave their places of worship more docile, reflective, and less likely to do harm to others, in Islam worshipers leave the Mosques on Friday and go on murderous riots to avenge some perceived slight. Never, NEVER, encourage a disturbed Muslim to read the Qur’an, or go to a mosque and pray. It is only when nominal Muslims actually learn the facts of who Muhammad actually was and what he expects, that they are at risk to become terrorists. Thank heaven most Muslims don’t know too much of their own history and teachings, and it is best to keep it that way. Unfamiliarity and lack of dedication to the Torah and Bible prevents good Jews and Christians from becoming better men and women, but unfamiliarity and lack of dedication to the Qur’an prevents good Muslims from becoming bad Muslims.

For non-Muslims, self-preservation dictates that it is essential to become familiar with the actual teachings and example of Muhammad. Even if you don’t know your own religion very well, or if you have no religion at all, each of us had better become knowledgeable of the philosophy and people bent on killing, converting, or enslaving us all. Without that armor of truth, our societies, cultures, and nations will eventually fall to Islam’s methods and tactics. NO ONE should listen to the taqiyya (misinformation) constantly issued by Islamic apologists and propagandists. Each of us needs to take personal responsibility to know and understand the enemy seeking our demise. CNN - Jul 20 2005 - Father of 9/11 hijacker Mohammed Atta warns of 50-year war. The father of one of the September 11 hijackers said today he had no sorrow for what had happened in London and claimed more terrorist attacks would follow. Egyptian Mohamed el-Amir, whose son Mohamed Atta commandeered the first plane that crashed into the World Trade Centre in New York , said there was a double standard in the way the world viewed the victims in London and victims in the Islamic world. El-Amir said the attacks in the US and the July 7 attacks in Britain were the beginning of what would be a 50-year religious war, in which there would be many more fighters like his son. Speaking to a CNN producer in his apartment in the upper-middle-class Cairo suburb of Giza , he declared that terror cells around the world were a "nuclear bomb that has now been activated and is ticking". Cursing in Arabic, el-Amir also denounced Arab leaders and Muslims who condemned the London attacks as being traitors and non-Muslims. He passionately vowed that he would do anything within his power to encourage more attacks.

So after reading this; who is responsible for Mohammed Atta’s acts on 9/11, does this revelation implicate his father? Certainly it makes it clear there was a family/culture component supporting the path he took, but from where in turn did his father derive his value system which he obviously he instilled in his son, Mmmmm? Well, get a grip, and stop looking the other way, …the manifest truth is that both the father and son have a clear grasp of real Islam, and they practice it! Stare it right in the face, and do not blink. They learned it from sacred Islamic scripture and from a lifetime at the mosque and listening to pious Imams. The father fears no backlash to his comments from his friends, neighbors, and Muslim countrymen because ...there is nothing to fear. The man receives more congratulations than condemnations. This from Egypt , a supposedly friendly nation who receives as much US aid as Israel . Hello, …its Islam peoples! From the growing Muslim Brotherhood group in Egypt we get men like this, and the original terrorists who first attempted to bring down the NY Twin Towers. To travel into the minds of Muslims is like going to the land of OZ , everything is different, and much is manifestly evil. Be sure you have your ruby slippers on before going there, you will often feel the urge to click your heals three times and say; “there’s no place like home…”. When you get back, you will want a shower. If you are not Islamophobic yet, then you are either already dead, or stupid. Becoming Islamophobic is the graduation certificate you get upon moving from delusion and ignorance, to full-awareness. When you have arrived, wear it with pride.

After Friday prayers were over, the Muslims came out and grabbed the first Hindu they could. Mr. Vimal Patak a Bangladeshi born Hindu was beaten to death with sticks as the Muslim mullas (priests) chanted "kill the Kafir!" (non-muslim). While islam is barbaric and evil , in the wake of Congressman Tancredo's remarks I agree with Jihad Watch Board Vice President Hugh Fitzgerald :

It would have been better to make the following point: during the Cold War, the Soviet rulers knew that if they did certain things, certain things would be done by NATO or the American government. And the knowledge of what might be done, would be done, in return, helped prevent the Soviet rulers from doing what they might otherwise have done.

So it would be helpful to make suggestions as to what would constitute deterrence. These might include, not destroying Mecca, which would cause maddened Muslims everywhere to attack and kill Infidels -- and the problem with Islam is that it contains many elements of a violent cult that cannot be wished away, or hidden any longer. Is that something we wish to create? But more sober discussion of how, for example, points of entry and exit into Mecca, could systematically be reduced in number, or airfields used by pilgrims made unusable, is a different suggestion, one that need not be final.

It is now clear to Muslims in the West, or to some of them, that their assumption about continued Western appeasement, based on continued misunderstanding of Islam, was wrong. The EU's foreign policy is still in place, but Bat Ye'or's "Eurabia" is circulating -- even at the highest levels of the Pentagon. Eventually, the instrument of terror will awaken enough Infidels to the permanent problem of Muslims in their midst, who may be "moderate" or "immoderate," whose brand of "moderation" may be real, or feigned, permanent or temporary, immune or not immune to all the personal setbacks, including depressive fits, that a certain number of people in any population, Muslim or non-Muslim, may experience, but that in the case of Muslims, inexorably leads, given that the universe is viewed through the prism of Islam, to attacks on Infidels.

So by all means let there be discussion of deterrence. Such deterrrence could consist of a series of measures, steadily rising in significance.

These could include, but not be limited to:

1) Seizure of Saudi-owned assets in the West, and sale of such assets to pay for the economic damage, including the cost of surveillance and other security measures, that are attributable to Saudi-funded mosques, madrasas, and propaganda all over the world.

2) Seizure of other Arab-owned or Muslim-owned assets in the West, for the same reasons. There need not be any distinction made between property owned by governments and those who are deemed to be enemy nationals -- no such distinction was made during World War II.

3) A complete ban on Muslim migration to the Western world (which needs to be undertaken in any case), and limits put on any contact between Muslims living in the West, who may already have obtained ciizenship and -- unless they are native-born converts -- their countries of origin.

4) Government-sponsored centers to teach people about Islam outside of universities which have been captured in too many places by the apologists for Islam, both Muslim and non=-Muslim, or overnment fellowships for study at institutes set up, not necessarily by the government, to create a cadre of people well-versed in the tenets of Islam and the history of Jihad-conquest.

5) War-footing (i.e., Manhattan Project support for solar and wind and nuclear energy projects, for conservation, and for mass transit, including that such as Amtrak which may lose money, but should be cheerfully subsidized by a more intelligent policy.

6) An end to all outward and visible signs of phony "respect" for Islam, including the refusal to mention "Islmaic terrorism" or "Muslim terrorism." Use these adjectives. Use the word "jihad." Stop all attempts at verbal escamotage, where we are left with deliberate vagueness.

7) End all access to Western education, not only for those Arabs and Muslims studying any kind of science, but in all areas. Instead of attempting the hopeless project of "educating them" out of their belief-system, notice how many terrorists have taken advantage of Western education, and how many A. Q. Khans, or his epigones, have learned from their time in the West how to better damage that West.

8) End all access to the Western world for the children of the ruling elites all over the Muslim world. Without this escape hatch, those rulers will have to begin to consider how to ameliorate things in their own countries.

9) End the jizyah of Infidel aid to Muslim states, such as Egypt, Pakistan, Jordan, and whatever the latest political instrument of the shock troops of the Jihad against Israel, the "Palestinians," may be called. Call attention to the $10 trillion that has already been recdeived by the Muslim members of OPEC in the last 1/3 century, and continue to advise those Pakistans, Egyptians, Jordanians and "Palestinians" to ask for that aid no longer from the Infidels, who suddenly have to pay higher prices for oil and hundreds of billions more for security all over the Western world, but to those Arab and Muslim states that, not coincidentally, are receiving those hundreds of billions more in oil revenues each year.

10) Keep the focus clearly on the belief-system of Islam and on Jihad. And after the next small terrorist attack on Infidels -- say, 10 killed - begin to legislate to make sure that some of the measures suggested above become not merely ideas but the law.

11) Clean out the taxpayer-funded government radio and television stations of those who have so misled us about Islam over the past 20-30 years. Begin, possibly, by firing John Simpson, the deeply, conspiratorially anti-Israel head of the BBC World Affairs broadcasting, the same John Simpson (a close friend of Peter Hounam, whose conspiracy book is the kind of thing that antisemites love to flog) who described the Muslim bombers in London as "misguided criminals." That should have been enough to cause his discharge. Why wasn't it? What will it take for the long-suffering British license-payers to demand a change in the BBC coverage and, to begin with, in the personnel in charge of reporting on the Middle East and Islam, where the Lord-Haw-Haw business has gotten way out of hand?

These are things that can be done, should be done, long before suggestions about "bombing Mecca" need to be bruited about.

Talk of attacking Mecca, instead of all of these other suggestions (which do include limiting easy access to Mecca, something which the Saudis already do in limiting the number of visitors), is not likely to be helpful.

Hello - It's Friday, the weekend is coming up and I can't wait to get out of work today! We have summer hours , whereby , if you work extra time Mon-Thurs you can leave early on Friday.

I'm driving to Michigan , so I'm hoping to get out of Chicago before the traffic gets too bad, you can never tell, sometimes it can take over 2 hours just to get downtown from O'Hare, it can be a nightmare!

There is a wonderful Celtic Festival this weekend in Saline , Michigan, just outside of Ann Arbor. I'm looking forward to going there and getting together with old friends and in general having a good time.

The Idiot's Guide to a Better World

The world would be a much better place if:

Muslims heed the following:

- The so-called Shariah law or Islamic law is a set of laws that were promulgated hundreds upon hundreds of years ago. We simply cannot live by a lot of these laws today. Such laws were for specific people who lived in a specific time. Without changing the basic tenets of Islam, Islamic law should be reformed so that it suits the year 2005 and not 1005.

- Killing innocents in the name of Islam is wrong. No buts, no ifs, no ummms.- Allah does not give a dead rat's ass about a girl's hair. If you're sexually excited when you see a girl's hairs then you're the sick pervert. Hijab is not a fard (obligation). It does not add or decrease the "good points" that a girl gets when she makes it to heaven. Perceived verses about women's covering were for the women of the year 620 AD. I assure you they were living in a very, and I mean very, different environment than the women of today. To sum up, Allah is not as dumb as to care about a piece of cloth on a girl's head.

- The funny creatures called non-Muslims living in Muslim dominated countries are to have equal right. Their rights should not come from the Quran, the Bible, or the Buddha Book. They should come from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

- Muslims who convert out of Islam to become whatever they want to become should not get killed. They also have the right to make their decision public even in downtown Riyadh.

- Authors have the right to express their opinions freely even if they wrote books that would make Salman Rushdie look like a pious Muslim. They should not get arrested and they should definitely not get killed. Writers are free to criticize the Christian faith in the West; the same should be with Islam's Voltaires.

- A Muslim is a Muslim in his house, among his kids, and in his mosque and NOT on the streets. A Muslim should not force his own interpretation of religion on others. The idea that Islam is a religion and a state should be dumped in one of New York's garbage dumps. In the year 2005, in the age of Bill Gates and invading Mars, there is nothing called a state that is based upon a religion. All religions in the state should be respected and all should live and let live.

- Israel is not going anywhere so live with it. Accepting that fact would make you feel better.

Christians heed the following:

- God does not give a dead rat's ass about those zillion denominations. A Christian can have communion in any church he bumps into. Any priest/pastor/bishop/etc who refuses a person because of his denomination should get kicked out of church.

- The teachings of Jesus are enough. In fact, the world would be paradise if all humans actually managed to do everything that Jesus said. So no need for the zillion so called teachings of "church founders", "saints", etc.

- The orthodox and catholic church should allow divorce. The sight of Egyptian orthodox women filling up psychiatrist clinics because they find it hard living with their husbands is not cool at all.

- There is nothing, and I mean nothing, in the Bible that says "Thou shall not use condoms". Are you reading this blog pope?

- Confessions in the catholic and orthodox churched should be abolished. A priest is just as human as you are. The idea that he has more power or authority than you is nonsense. You can enter a seminary, live for some years in a monastery, and surprise you become a priest!

- There is nothing wrong with women preaching, period. A female bishop is just as good as a male bishop. If a woman can rule a country then she can definitely work in a church.

Jews heed the following:

- Hasidic and ultra-orthodox Jews are not necessary the best Jews around. All Jews who follow the basic tenants of Judaism are as good. Wearing black hats all day and adopting harsh kosher laws won't earn you any points. God, ops I mean G-d, looks at the heart, besides, he cares more than your clothes or your dietary habits.

- Saturday is for G-d. If you're not planning to go to the synagogue or you're not planning to spend some time with G-d at home, then go to work and make yourself useful.

- Gaza and the entire West Bank belong to the Palestinians, period. All Israelis living in Gaza and the West Bank should move to Tel Aviv and Ascalon. The idea that this land belongs to the Jews is nonsense. What would you do with the millions of Palestinians there, pray 24/7 that they vanish? Those Jews who believe that all settlers must go are NOT less Jewish than the others.

- The Haram al-Sharif or the Temple Mount is a Muslim area, period. Even if you believe that it's the holiest site in Judaism, that won't really change anything. The Temple Mount belongs to the Palestinians and the Western Wall belongs to the Jews. Jerusalem should be shared. What is Muslim and Christian is Palestinian and what is Jewish is Israeli.

Where did I get this from? From the Bill Clinton plan, the best solution so far.

I have never been a fan of clintons, I personally think of him as a liar, cheat and sexual predator, but I do have to say that if BP's comments are based on clintons plan, I have finaly found something good about clinton!

After a very hectic past five months I'm back and of course there is so much to go over ... Were to begin?

It's good to start hearing the main stream media questioning Islam, although we still hear trotted out that old bulls-t line about the religion being hijacked! What a load of cr-p! Lets see, Islam means submission and the followers are to submit to it and place it foremost in their lives, and the Koran is the finale word of their satanic demon Alahhh, which must be emulated...... hmmmm... Lets take a look at some of these wonder peaceful kranic/satanic verses.....Along with the Muslims that use the koran to justify what they do........

Muslim confesses to Van Gough murder: " I did what I did purely out of my beliefs"

Surah 9:38-39 "O ye who believe! What is the matter with you, that, when ye are asked to go forth in the cause of Allah, ye cling heavily to the earth? Do ye prefer the life of this world to the Hereafter? But little is the comfort of this life, as compared with the Hereafter. Unless ye go forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty, and put others in your place; but Him ye would not harm in the least. For Allah hath power over all things. Unless ye go forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty, and put others in your place; but Him ye would not harm in the least. For Allah hath power over all things,"

Surah 8:59-70 "Their state is like that of the people of Pharaoh, and of those before them who treated their Lord's signs as lies. We therefore destroy them in their sins, and We drowned the people of Pharaoh; for they were all doers of wrong. The worst beasts truly in the sight of God are the thankless who will not believe; They with whom thou hast leagued, and who are ever breaking their league, and who fear not God! If thou take them in war, then, by the example of their fate, scatter those who shall follow them - that they may be warned: Or if thou fear treachery from any people, throw back their treaty to them as thou fairly mayest, for God loveth not the treacherous. And think not that the infidels shall escape Us! The shall not weaken God....O Prophet! stir up the faithful to the fight. Twenty of you who stand firm shall vanquish two hundred: and if there be an hundred of you they shall vanquish a thousand of the infidels, for they are a people devoid of understanding....No prophet hath been enabled to take captives until he had made great slaughter in the earth. Ye desire the passing fruitions of this world, but God desireth the next life for you. And God is mighty and wise.

Sura 9:5 "And when the sacred months are passed, kill those who join other gods with God wherever ye shall find them; and seize them, besiege them, and lay wait for them with every kind of ambush: but if they shall convert, and observe prayer, and pay the obligatory alms, then let them go their way, for God is gracious, merciful.

Sura 9:12 "But if, after alliance made, they break their oaths and revile your religion, then do battle with the ring-leaders of infidelity - for no oaths are binding with them - that they may desist. What! will ye not fight against those Meccans who have broken their oaths and aimed to expel your Apostle, and attacked you first? Will ye dread them? God is more worthy of your fear, if ye are believers! So make war on them: By your hands will God chastise them, and will put them to shame, and will give you victory over them, and will heal the bosoms of a people who believe;"

Sura 9:30 "Make war upon such of those to whom the Scriptures have been given as believe not in God, or in the Last Day, and who forbid not that which God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who profess not the profession of the truth, until they pay tribute out of hand, and they be humbled. The Jews say, "Ezra is a son of God"; and the Christians say, "The Messiah is a son of God." Such the sayings in their mouths! They resemble the saying of the infidels of old! God do battle with them! How are they misguided? They take their teachers, and their monks, and the Messiah, son of Mary, for lords besides God, though bidden to worship one God only. There is no God but He! Far from His glory be what they associate with Him! Fain would they put out God's light with their mouths: but God only desireth to perfect His light, albeit the infidels abhor it. He it is who hath sent His Apostle with the guidance and a religion of the truth, that He may make it victorious over every other religion, albeit they who assign partners to God be averse from it.

It's been a busy month since I last blogged. We got the offer accepted and closed on the house for my sister in law. (Now we are tackling all the repairs and renovation that need to be done over the next 2 months so that she can move in!)

Work has been pure hell in January, with so many fires to put out that I can't even remember the last time it was this busy!

We've had at least two major snowstorm's, and we're supposed to be getting more snow this week!

And we even celebrated by birthday yesterday, hazah, I turned 44!

Today I need to try to get out of work a little earlier as I need to pack for a Sci-fi convention that we will be vendors at this weekend.

Shaikh, we urgently need to know what to do. If she is guilty of ar-riddah, then how does it affect their marriage? Are they still married? Does she go into a state of Iddah? Can he be alone with her? Should he remain in the same home (she asked him to leave and she is bringing statues and other impermissible things into the home)? It could present fitnah and weaken his eemaan because of his emotions.

We(the members of this community) definitely would appreciate a rapid response as there may be serious implications from the matter.

Undoubtedly if this is the case, she has chosen kufr over eemaan. She does not want to stay a Muslim and she is insulting Islam and its symbols, and going against its teachings. In this case she is a kaafir and an apostate, so it is not permissible for him to stay married to her, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

Likewise hold not the disbelieving women as wives

[al-Mumtahanah 60:10]

i.e., if he has a kaafir wife, it is not permissible for him to stay married to her. He has to advise her and establish proof against her, then leave her. If he is in a place where there is an Islamic government and shareeah law, then he has to refer her case to the Muslim qaadi, for him to ask her to repent. If she does not repent then the ruling of Allaah should be carried out on her, which is execution, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Whoever changes his religion [leaves Islam], execute him.

But if that is not possible and there is no Islamic rule or shareeah law in his country, then at least he should separate from her completely; it is not permissible for him to live with her after she has clearly stated her kufr.

It was not immediately clear how the man had died or who he was.

Members of the Christian Coptic minority, who make up 5 to 10 percent of Egypt's 70 million people, say they face restrictions in building churches among other problems. The authorities say every Egyptian is treated equally before the law regardless of religion.

Teaching of hatred and contempt: What is the view of these classes promoted by the government and the general culture?

2. We call upon the United Nations to condemn the ideology of Jihad-Islamism as a form of religious apartheid, which divides humankind into exalted Muslims and inferior "infidels."

Radical Jihad-Islamism is a supremacist, quasi-racist ideology that is now waging terrorist war worldwide against innocent men, women and children it labels "infidels." This ideology is supporting religious wars against non-Islamist Muslims and non-Muslim infidels worldwide. It is seeking to establish Apartheid-like regimes similar to those in Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Sudan, to subjugate and control "infidels." It legitimizes and extends human rights abuses - including slavery - on a massive scale. Christmas Spirit

The days are counting down and I'm feeling the crunch. One week till Christmas! I am just now starting to make lists, plan on who gets what, etc. There's packages to ship, baskets to make, and all types of presents to wrap!

I'm way behind with the yearly family letter and Christmas Cards. We got a new computer this year and the address files are on the old one, so I guess I'm going to have to dust off the old computer and fire it up to get to the file. There is no way that I want to have to redo the mailing list from scratch.

At least I don't have to worry about having to make a big Christmas Dinner this year. We're going to friends house for Christmas Eve and then it's just the family on Christmas Day! That will be so nice, I'm used to having to make a big Christmas dinner with about 15-20 people.

Well, it's late afternoon on a Friday and I'm glad this week is coming to a close. Have a great weekend everyone!

This is the true islam, it teaches hate and intolerance from the moment a child is born!

No Love Towards The Unbelievers
In order to live with the morals of the Qur'an, one should completely leave the culture and all the moral values of the profane society. One of the first things to be left is the love towards it.

In a profane society, all the relations are based on selfish interests. A person gets along with the other one only if there is a benefit from him or if he is been taken care of the other or at least he treats him good. Another measure is the family tie. People love others just because that they are from the same family; or from the same dynasty, or from the same society or sometimes even from the same nation.

However these are not the criteria for the believers. Because, believers love Allah more than anything or anyone.
"Yet there are men who take (for worship) others besides Allah, as equal (with Allah): They love them as they should love Allah. But those of Faith are overflowing in their love for Allah. If only the unrighteous could see, behold, they would see the penalty: that to Allah belongs all power, and Allah will strongly enforce the penalty."(AL-BAQARA 165)

Believers respect Allah above anything, therefore the believers love people according to their sincerity with Allah, and they dislike them according to their disobey to Allah. No matter if these people are close to him or not. This characteristic of the believers is described in the Qur'an as:

"Thou wilt not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, loving those who resist Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their fathers or their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred. For such He has written Faith in their hearts, and strengthened them with a spirit from Himself. And He will admit them to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, to dwell therein (for ever). Allah will be well pleased with them, and they with Him. They are the Party of Allah. Truly it is the Party of Allah that will achieve Felicity."(AL-MUJADILA 22)

Having even a little bit of love towards the unbelievers would never be a proper attitude for a believer. Believers are seriously warned in the Qur'an as below verse expresses:

"O ye who believe! Take not my enemies and yours as friends (or protectors),- offering them (your) love, even though they have rejected the Truth that has come to you, and have (on the contrary) driven out the Prophet and yourselves (from your homes), (simply) because ye believe in Allah your Lord! If ye have come out to strive in My Way and to seek My Good Pleasure, (take them not as friends), holding secret converse of love (and friendship) with them: for I know full well all that ye conceal and all that ye reveal. And any of you that does this has strayed from the Straight Path."(AL-MUMTAHINA 1)

Where is the outrage from world organizations, the human rights groups? Is it deafening silence I hear?

It really is amazing. The hatred and bigotry of islam is indoctrinated into them as children. This is brainwashing of children to hate the entire non Muslim world.

I do not know of any other group of people or any other religion that indoctrinates hatred for the entire human race into their children. Knowing all types of Christians, Jews, Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Pagens, Hare Krishnas...all of them have their beliefs, but none of them teach hatred like this. Its almost like it is being fed to them with the mothers milk.

The believers of islam are saying exactly what they believe. So, where are the news papers and other media outlets that we are supposed to depend on to give us the truth, the full story? All we see is the same old tired lies, "it's not all of the followers of islam, just a tiny fraction of fanatics"

It's that time of year that anyone who works in HR/ Benefits knows and dreads...Enrollment/year end processing. Plans have changed, premiums have gone up and new codes need to be processed. Retires calling in, and on top of everything else the auditors are back again. Yes, I know this happens every year, but this is such a crunch period that it's really annoying!

Still haven't done my Christmas shopping, as usual, it will be last moment! ARRRGGGGHHHH!

Only one of the claims adjustors has called about the accident this weekend, hopefully the Allstate adjustor will contact me soon. It's rather strange , but as of yesterday noon, the woman who rear ended my car had not called her agent to report the accident.

Things are still at a standstill on the foreclosure property that we are trying to pick up. As of yesterday the bank supposedly wanted to know if we would still be willing to do a quick closing. OF COURSE WE WOULD! We just need them to accept our offer, considering that we are the only game in town , no other offers are in sight , you would think that they would want to jump on it!

Crash, Bang, Boom!

Sorry about the hiatus this past week. Last week was rough, there's a cold bug going around work and it hit me hard, I was out for the count on Thursday! Friday was an Opera night, and I meet with my mother and sister in law for dinner before the show. The Opera had wonderful costumes , the ballet dance numbers were fantastic , but the singers were mediocre, at best. Oh well, that was the first mediocre performance we have seen this season, so all in all, its been a good season.

This weekend was busy at the store and I had make appointments to see five buildings with my realtor Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately none of the buildings were worth considering. All of them were overpriced for the size and condition. (It's amazing what someone will call a bedroom, some of these rooms could barely be called closets! )

After the last showing, I was heading home, I had stopped at a stop light and was rear ended by the vehicle behind me! The impact was so great that my vehicle was driven into the vehicle in front of me. Apparently, according to the person who hit me, she was hit by a mini van from behind her! So , the long and short of it was that I was involved in a four car crash were the person that supposedly started the whole thing did a hit and run!

In police language according to the report, vehicle #1 , hit vehicle #2, that then hit me (vehicle #3), that then was pushed into vehicle #4. Vehicle #1 left the scene! So there you have it, even if you're just standing still at a stoplight , you can still be the victim of a major car accident. Unfortunately vehicle 2 hit my car with such force that my car was slammed into the vehicle in front of me and that vehicle had an exterior tire on the back that did a major number on the hood, front grill and lights.

Yesterday was spent dealing with insurance companies , claim adjusters and a body shop! I am still waiting for the claims adjusters from my insurance company and the claims adjuster from the person who hit me to do the full phone interviews. What a mess!

Now it's back to work and trying to get everything back together in some semblance of order.

Heavy on the Heart

Yesterday a co-worker came into my office to talk about something that was troubling her , she had been experiencing a tightness in her chest and some shooting pains in her arm and shoulder. This had been happening on and off for the last few weeks. She had dismissed it before , but she was worried as it was occurring again throughout the morning.

Unfortunately we woman are so used to taking care of everyone else, we often times neglect ourselves. We will "nudge" our spouses or partners to get check ups and will rush them off to the emergency ward at a drop of the hat, but we're afraid to listen to our own bodies. We worry about what it could be, yet are afraid, or tell ourselves that it's nothing. Often times the symptoms for a women's heart attack can be more subtle than that of a males.

I shut the door to my office and had a heart to heart conversation with my co-worker/friend, explaining that she should call her doctor, take off early, and go directly to a hospital or her doctor, which ever he recommends.

After about 10 minutes of discussion , she agreed to call her doctor, he made time for her, and she did leave to see him.

Luckily the preliminary tests yesterday were negative for a heart attack, and her doctor is having her do a stress test and other tests latter this week. Yesterday afternoon after she left the doctors office I got a call from her thanking me for encouraging her to go to the doctor. She had been worried ever since she had starting having pains a few weeks ago , but was afraid of the worse.

How often do women put off going to the doctor , thinking that either the pain will go away , it's nothing, or thinking the worse and not wanting to confront it? My co-worker was luckily in that it was not a heart attack, and her doctor is now working with her to get to the root of the problem.

I urge everyone to take care of themselves, don't keep putting off something like chest pains, it could be too late by the time a heart attack actually occurs! I know, I've lost family members to heart disease!

"Relations": the very word gives one the positive mindset of working as a team to accomplish established goals. Throughout the past 228 years, Americans have fought through their own differences of opinion to achieve great successes for this nation. What I and tens of millions of others want to know is your interpretation of the term "relations." Webster's Dictionary defines it as "an aspect or quality (as resemblance) that connects two or more things or parts as being or belonging or working together.

"I didn’t write this column to accuse Muslim organizations of having ties to terrorist networks. That issue has already been addressed elsewhere, so there's no need to address it here. The purpose of this particular column is to ask precise questions of Islamic Advocacy groups, and to obtain precise, honest answers. It appears that the kindness and generosity of the American people has been sadly mistaken for weakness and ignorance.

Thankfully, several Middle East scholars and apostates from Islam have educated us well about true Islam, including verses contained in the Qur'an, and on the outdated Shari'ah Legal system.

While I certainly don't believe that all Muslims are bad people, I do believe that there is an agenda in the Muslim world to somehow attempt to become Masters of the Universe. Whether through violence or through manipulation of Governments, Islamic radicals are attempting to rule the roost. Since we're labeled Islamophobic, intolerant, ignorant, and jingoistic for not swallowing Islamic propaganda, perhaps you can address and answer for all of us the following:

Please explain separately Qur'an verses 4:34, 4:89, 5:17, 5:51, 8:12, 9:5 and 9:29.

As Americans learn of beheadings, car bombings, rapes, kidnappings and eventual assassinations of innocent men and women being committed by members of the Islamic faith, how would you go about explaining to your fellow Muslims that their behavior is a "hijacking" of Islam?

What would you say to the “Janjaweed” in Darfur , Sudan , as they hack innocent men, women and children with machetes, rape, loot, and murder innocent Africans?

What explanation could you possibly provide regarding stories like that of a 16-year-old Iranian girl who was charged with committing “acts incompatible with chastity,” when in fact she was a rape victim? She was not afforded a lawyer and was forced to defend herself. She told the Judge that he shouldn’t punish the victims, but punish the rapists. She was hanged in public, not for the adultery, but according to the Islamic Judge, for “having a sharp tongue”

Why have Islamic clerics even in the U.S. preached hate for the West and condoned terrorism?Since mosques are houses of Islamic worship, is it appropriate to raise funds for terrorist activities inside them? What are you doing to make sure this is not happening in mosques in America ?

Islam, the “religion of peace” has believers that live and work in the United States , living comfortable lives with respectable occupations. With that in mind, is it appropriate for them to be living the American dream while calling for an uprising (Intifada) against the United States Government?

Why have American citizens had civil suits brought against them for speaking out against the activities of Muslims? (Second item)

While members of all other faiths are respectful of the uniforms they wear while at work or in the athletic arena, and of American law, why do Muslims expect special accommodations to be made for the wearing of Islamic headscarves, and go as far as filing suit in order to cover their faces in a Driver License Picture?

While I’m aware that Constitutional legal barriers haven’t been crossed, I’m also aware that Christians, Jews, Hindus and Buddhists are prohibited from promoting their faiths in public schools. So why are Muslim guest speakers gaining entry into American public schools to discuss Islam with our children, when Church and State are separate in America ?

Since Muslim organizations seem to defend every Muslim that’s arrested, claiming profiling, racism, religious bias, and unwarranted arrest, are Americans supposed to believe that all Muslims are merely a group of peaceful immigrants, and that every Muslim suspect arrested is completely innocent and simply a target of racism and intolerance, even when they’ve admitted their crimes?www.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2004/7/30/122441.shtml

SCA Boar's Head Celebration at Waukesha Expo Center

It's Friday! As usual we have a number of last minute things that came up for our retiree groups at work, the joys of HR employee benefits! It's a busy day today, and next week will be insane around here.

I mentioned in yesterdays post, that this weekend, tomorrow, we will be vendors at a semi local SCA Event outside of Milwaukee. ( SCA is short for Society for Creative Anachronism. The SCA is an international organization dedicated to researching and re-creating the arts and skills of pre-17th-century Europe.)

It's always a fun event, with everyone dressed up in renaissance period costumes, with Knights competing in archery, heavy, light and boffer fighting, and rapier. There is a large merchant hall for shopping with the various merchants selling all number of Renaissance period apropriate items. Classes take place through out the day, there is a Masked Ball and dancing, children's activities, Arts & Science displays, a full Renaissance style court and last but certainly not least, the infamous Caer Anterth Feast with Duchess Myfanwy ferch Elys (Fancy) along with Co-feastocrat Lord Balthazar fitz Gryphon, who will once again work her special magic in the kitchen.

Donation bins will be set up for new or gently used toys and a bin set up for donations to go to our troops. We will ensure that these items get where they will be appreciated. There will also be a wonderful lunch menu that will be provided, care of Dee's Catering!

I will be stopping by the store this evening to pack for the event and getting an early start tomorrow morning (5:00 AM). The event is about an hour and a half from our house, with set up starting at 7 am for merchants.

On another note, the birthday dinner for my mom was really nice last night, my sister in law loves the place and we have decided that for her birthday in January we're taking her out to 1776. Mom's friends at the other shops had a little get together for her during the day, and all in all, it was a great day for her!

Birthdays, the SCA, Forclosure property update etc....

This week is hectic. Yesterday was one of my oldest friends birthday celebrations ( we went out to Outback Steakhouse and then went cruising around to look at Christmas decorations ), today is my Mother's and my Aunt's Birthday ( we're taking my mom out tonight to celebrate) and on top of that , we will be vendors at an SCA event, Boar's head , outside of Milwaukee on Saturday. That means having to pack up for the event some time tomorrow and leaving around 5 am Saturday morning to set up.

My mom and her twin sister are turning 69 today. I still have to call in an order for flowers to be sent to my Aunt, we have fresh flowers ready for my mom tonight. There's a great restaurant in Crystal lake called 1776, it's elegant and has a wonderful menu. Over the last few years it has become our restaurant of choice for celebrations.

Next year of course will be the big party/s for the twins 70th birthday. Since they live in two different states I don't believe it will be possible to do a joint celebration. My Aunt's girls will have to set something up for her in Michigan.

We finally heard back from the bank on our last offer, they did at least counter offer this time. Unfortunately their counter offer is still too high. We submitted our final offer , going up by another $20, 000. If the bank rejects it, we go on and look for a different place. With all the work that the house needs , a new roof, foundation repairs, plumbing fixtures, new windows, appliances, etc... It does not make sense to overpay for the property.

Actually, I've resigned myself to not getting the property, knowing the bank we're negotiating with, the way they've responded , or should I say their lack of responses, I don't expect anything for at least two weeks. In the mean time if we find something else we will just withdraw the offer if there is no response by that time.

Rain , Snow, Traffic, etc.....

It's strange how a distance of 40 some miles can make a huge difference in the weather. Last night when I left work it was raining cats and dogs outside. I was glad that I had an extra umbrella in the car. It poured waiting for the Metra train, then somewhere between Park Ridge and Cary it changed from rain to snow. By the time I got off the train 45 minutes and 40 miles latter there was already 4 inches of snow out by us!

Unfortunately we had to drive an additional 16 miles north to attend a village meeting regarding a proposed bypass. The congestion on IL RT 12 is so bad that on weekends it can take 45 minutes to get through the village of Richmond. We're talking about a distance of less then 2 miles!

Well, the meeting went from 7:00 to about 9:30 with lots of discussions on the different proposals etc... After all was said and done, it looks like we narrowed down the proposals from 4 to 1, of course this is still the beginning phases and it could be another 6-10 years before anything happens!

I have mixed feelings about the bypass. On one hand we desperately need it as people get so frustrated waiting in traffic that the last thing that they want to do is stop and shop, or grab a bite to eat. On the other hand I worry about the bypass possibly being a death Knoll for the village. Richmond bills itself as the village of yesteryear, it's known for it's antique and specialty stores, Victorian homes and a general old fashioned small town look and feel that you don't see too often. If you're familiar with Illinois and the town of Long Grove, then you while understand that we want to be known as a smaller more personalized version of Long Grove.

I guess only time will tell.....

Nothing is free in life...

After work today I took the train home and had my husband pick me up at the station. Our toadies and frogs were out of crickets so we decided to stop at the local Petsmart. I just love the place, its a great big supermarket for your pets!

A friend of mine at work had given us a 150 gallon fish tank and stand that her family wanted to get rid of. (long sad story which I won't get into) Since we love all kinds of animals including fish, and one of our placastamis, (Piggy), has outgrown his 29 gallon tank, (he's aprox 18 inches long, we raised him from a small fish of about 1 1/2 inches) we thought to ourselves, why not?

Well this evening I started to put together all the items needed to actually set up the tank. Apparently a 150 gallon tank is not a very common setup. We were lucky enough to purchase the one and only 60" by 18" underground filter that they had. Then there's the tubing, special air pump, heater , drum filter, etc.... Needless to say , the FREE tank and stand for "Piggy" and friends is costing a small fortune! But we love our pets, so Piggy will be residing in his new home some time next week.
